Due to COVID our wedding plans changed. We moved our wedding to a completely different state in less than 6 weeks. I found Emerald + Ivy on the Knot and reached out. We talked over FaceTime for a few hours and she made a timeline and scheduled everything out for us (basically a wedding planner too 😉). She was literally a life saver in so many ways from planning to the day of (she remembers pretty much everything you don’t think about)! Not only are her photos amazing, she is very interactive with guest and everyone loves Stephanie! We are so lucky to have found Emerald + Ivy Photography for our special day. I’m truly only sad that she doesn’t live closer for all of our future photography needs! We truly cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us and these stunning photos.

Stephanie provided us with amazing engagement pictures and wedding pictures! She delivered more pictures than we expected and was happy to give us another color option if we wanted b&w or color. She was very handy during my wedding and was quite prepared. She had a sewing hook with her that helped my mom button up my dress and when some one stepped on and ripped my veil, she had a sewing kit and was able to quickly fix it! Stephanie was very knowledgeable of weddings and very appreciative of our business!

Stephanie is incredibly talented, professional, and kind, but not only that, she came through for me at the last minute when my photographer (who was a friend) couldn’t fly out to my wedding anymore. Stephanie made me a great last minute package, and still treated my event as if she’d been working with me for months. Beautiful editing, timely delivery, nothing but a pleasant experience!

Holy cow. Stephanie did an amazing job with my wedding, she made us feel so comfortable. She was very very organized which helped us with the layout of the day. I could never give enough praise. I loved every shot She did. I also love how much effort she puts into everything we received. We got married on 5/8/2021 and chose to have our photos taken by an associate photographer, Joscelyn. She was FANTASTIC and she helped minimize the stress and anxiety of the day for myself as well as my husband and our bridal party. She’s so upbeat and was extremely attentive to my concerns (for example, overheating outside in my heavy dress) and she found ways to mitigate any issues before they could arise. We are so thrilled that we chose Joscelyn! The owner of E&I, Stephanie, was also a joy to work with from the get-go. She is extremely detailed and she offered a tremendous amount of very useful advice, tips etc. that absolutely made the day (and planning for it) go as smoothly as possible. Emerald & Ivy also happened to be the most reasonable photography vendor we received a quote from, so we won all around. I absolutely recommend Emerald & Ivy, Stephanie and her associate photographers to capture the love on your special day!

Working with Stephanie for my wedding was a fantastic decision! She's now going to photograph my sister's wedding in October 2020! From the beginning stages where Stephanie and I were emailing back and forth about the wedding schedule and list of photos I wanted, to the day of the wedding where Stephanie took SO much stress of off my shoulders, it was such a pleasure to work with Emerald & Ivy! Stephanie was wonderful! She made our wedding day very relaxed and enjoyable knowing she had every detail under control! She met with us to discuss what we wanted to capture, gave many helpful ideas and suggestions, and made the entire experience so very easy! Stephanie and her team were so incredibly helpful through our wedding process. Outside of picking a date and venue, finding the perfect photographer was our top priority in the beginning stages of planning. From the moment we spoke with Stephanie, we felt at total peace that our wedding memories would be beautifully and thoughtfully captured. We worked with Stephanie's brilliant associate, Cassidy Garcia on the day of the wedding and her energy and creativity shined throughout.
Originally, we were both very hesitant about a first look. I think we get it in our heads when we are younger that the first look you should have with your betrothed on a wedding day should be when you are walking down the aisle- let me tell you, I am SO glad we did not go in that direction. Any time our friends and family ask us about our favorite part of the wedding day we both respond emphatically with, "Our First Look". There was something so intimate and special about having that magical moment between the two of us before the whirlwind of the day. Cassidy did an amazing job at capturing every part of the day without being invasive. Her calm and positive presence truly added to the beauty of the day. I still look at our photos from our wedding almost daily because they truly transport me back to each and every special moment. Stephanie was an amazing photographer to work with! Although she did not shoot our wedding, her associate photographer did, Stephanie was there every step of the way to help us plan every little detail. She had the exact style I was looking for and our photos turned out beautifully. And the wooden box she gave us with our flash drive of pictures was beyond beautiful and perfect!

Stephanie was amazing. She helped me in so many ways before and during the wedding. She makes you feel relaxed while taking your pictures and makes it fun so you are truly enjoying it.
