My original hair dresser had a death in the family and at the last minute I called them. They got me in right away. They did not open until 9 am, but were able to get someone there at 7 am on the day of my wedding no problem!

Employees- Great: attitude and service.
Owner- Yelled at me for wanting to return a product that I had an allergic reaction to.
Bottom line- I'm not going to give anyone service that yells at me- especially over shampoo, in front of customers and employees. No one should be treated with such disrespect, especially a paying customer.

Trial Run- Messy, should look just as good as it would on wedding day if going to spend the same amount of money for trial run. No excuses. "I'll secure it better on the day..." etc...

I didn't go back on the wedding day. I found another vendor.
