Hagan Florist did an amazing job with my wedding flowers! They did EXACTLY what I wanted and even more!! The bouquets turned out BEAUTIFUL!!! I was in love with them!!

I had no idea what to do when it came to ordering flowers for my wedding but a friend recommended I try Ace. I contacted Hagan Ace and made an appointment with one of the floral designers, Rick. Again, I have to stress I had no idea where to start but had an idea of what I wanted...My colors were ivory and sage and I knew I wanted to use hydrangeas since they equal about 4 roses in size and would cost less than roses...Rick was so accommodating and went over everything in great detail...When I explained what I wanted to do, he got up, went to the back and came out not a minute later with an arrangement that totally went with what I had envisioned! I knew right then and there, he would be my florist! The pew boughs, centerpieces, bouquets, boutonieres and corsages were GORGEOUS! I highly recommend Rick and his team to anyone needing a florist for a wedding or any other occasion!

Hagan ACE Florist provided all the flowers for the bridal party, a couple large floral arrangements for the ceremony and a beautiful white arbour. I am very happy with the flowers. Everytime I visited the florist I had great customer service. I found that they were the most reasonably priced florist in the area. Their flowers are beautiful too. I woudn't have changed a thing! They did a fabulous job! Thank you!!!

My wife and I met with KEDRA and she was AWESOME! She was very understanding of everything we wanted and delivered top notch service as a florist. She was very flexible when we decided to go with another vendor but due to unforeseen circumstances we ended up coming back to Kedra. Would HIGHLY recommend her for any ceremony (wedding, etc.)

Hagan does beautiful wedding flowers! Every time I see there work I'm impressed! They were extremely flexible with my vision and helped to create gorgeous flowers! I didn't have colors because we had a rainbow wedding, and instead of being put off by the idea, Rick seemed excited! I didn't have bouquets for the bridesmaids and groomswomen but instead we did lanterns with a couple roses on each lantern! And Rick's idea turned out to be beautiful! Also, the boutonnières and corsages turned out fantastic! The only thing that was slightly disappointing is that I had wanted purple to be the main color in my bouquet and instead it was mostly blue and coral. However, it was still a gorgeous bouquet and had all the colors of the rainbow in it and it wasn't sphere in shape. Instead there were gorgeous twigs and shapes that made it seem more wildflower-y and woodland-y which was what we were hoping for! All in all we were very very very pleased with Hagan!

Overall, a great experience. The consultation process was great, especially considering I really didn't know what I wanted for our big day (other than the colors). The flowers were amazing. The only reason they do not get a complete 5/5 is because the maid of honor bouquet was missing the ribbon wrapping. It just had tape around the stems. Every other piece was great though, and even the bouquet with the missing ribbon was pretty with the missing ribbon.

I used this florist for just regular flower delivery (out of state) not a wedding, but I was really impressed with their online selection and prices. Delivery was pricey but they all are- the arrangement I chose looked just like the picture online and the recipient was please!!! I will be using them again!

Hagan took my floral order about 3-4 months in advance. I had my sister there to confirm the order and the florist even confirmed my order a month out from the wedding. I ordered 4 brdiesmaid's bouquets. However, on the wedding day I only received 3 and a toss bouquet which I did not order. The worst part was they would not fix their mistake. Luckily my day of coordinator had some extra greenery and flowers to make our own bouquet. The flowers we did receive were pretty. Also, the customer service was not the best. The florist outwardly expressed her frustration and stress about other bride's changing their orders last minute.
One positive note was that they were very responsive to phone calls and made good suggestions for the greenery we were using for our centerpieces.
