She catered my wedding back in 2022 and it was some of the best food I’ve ever had even to this day. She is very professional and makes sure everything is to liking. 11/10 would recommend!!

Windy Clark and team went out of their way to ensure that our daughter’s destination wedding and reception in Jackson Hole, Wyoming was exactly what she wanted and more. The food was exceptional, with many of the guests stating it was some of the best food they had. Windy also assisted with the planning since we lived so far away. She visited the wedding and reception locations prior to the wedding and advised of travel times, and assisted with charter bus services. The price for the services provided was less than other caterers.

Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing, especially considering that we paid over $6,000 for their services.
There were multiple issues with services we paid for that were either not provided as agreed or were handled in a way that we found completely unacceptable.

Bar Service: Our quote specifically stated that we would receive 4 hours of bar service. Nothing in the quote indicated that those four hours included setup, cleanup, or takedown. Those are separate services and should not have been deducted from the four hours of actual bar service we paid for. There were also still several guests outside who wanted to continue socializing and having drinks when we were told the bar was closing. We were told that all guests had returned to the house, which simply was not accurate.

Vodka Selection: I specifically requested a particular vodka because it is what I personally drink. This was my wedding, and it was extremely upsetting that the liquor I specifically requested was not provided. We were told that one liquor store did not carry it, but we do not understand why another liquor store was not contacted or another option explored. At the very least, we should have been contacted and given the opportunity to discuss an alternative before the decision was made not to provide it. This was not an unnecessary or random request—it was the specific vodka I asked for and actually drink.

Alcohol: We were given/charged a $500 alcohol allowance, yet we only received one bottle of each liquor. We still have not received a clear explanation of how that $500 was allocated or why the full value was not reflected in the alcohol that was provided.

Speaker Rental: The explanation we received regarding the speaker does not match what my husband was personally told. He specifically asked what type of speaker would be provided because he wanted to know whether it would have an AUX connection. He was told it was a Bluetooth speaker and that it had previously been damaged when it fell off the back of a truck while staff were cleaning up another event. He was also told that they already knew they did not have a working speaker and therefore did not bring the speaker or cords to our wedding.

Regardless of exactly when the speaker was damaged, we paid for a working speaker rental and did not receive that service. We were told that a refund was due, yet approximately three weeks later, we still had not received it.

S’mores: If a burn ban prevented the s’mores setup from being used, we should have been informed beforehand and the s’mores option should not have been offered to us. We were specifically told that the supplies we paid for would be left for us, yet they were not. The supplies were taken back by the company despite the fact that we had paid for them. We believe a refund for the s’mores package is warranted because the service and supplies were not provided as agreed.

Signage: The requested signage was also not displayed, and we were never informed ahead of time that the signs could not or would not be displayed. Again, this was a service we paid for but did not receive.

Communication and Customer Service: Perhaps the most frustrating part of this entire experience was the lack of communication and willingness to take responsibility for these issues. I had to email two different email addresses, text two different phone numbers, and send a message through Facebook Messenger before I finally received a response. This was after we had already paid more than $6,000 for our wedding services.

Even after finally getting a response, the company has been unwilling to provide refunds or otherwise make things right for the services that were not provided as agreed. We are not asking for anything unreasonable—we are asking to be compensated for services and items we paid for but did not receive.

Unexpected things can happen at an event, and we understand that. What is unacceptable is the lack of communication, conflicting explanations, and refusal to take responsibility when paid services were not delivered.

For a wedding, these are details that should have been handled so the couple could enjoy their day without having to chase down the company afterward. Unfortunately, we were left extremely frustrated and disappointed. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company to others planning an important event.
