We hired Gounded. for our reception. The coffee bar was a hit! Everyone loved it. Service was wonderful and professional. Highly recommend!

Grounded coffee was one of the best decisions we made at our wedding. My husband and our families LOVE coffee, expresso, you name it! We decided to work with them over other similar vendors because they were so responsive, professional and affordable. They were a big hit on our special day, we still have friends and family talking about it. We would highly recommend hiring them for your events, wonderful group of people to work with. High quality product, and beautiful set up, very impressive!

I am thrilled to be the first to review grounded. Coffee Catering. My wedding was this past Sunday, October 9th. During the planning process I assumed my venue would be able to provide after-dinner specialty coffee drinks for my 115 guests. With just 2 and a half weeks to go I learned they couldn't churn out that many drinks for the amount of people I had coming, so I freaked out. With my guests being mostly Puerto Rican and Italian, I knew regular coffee just wouldn't cut it. Enter Melissa at grounded. I did an internet search and came upon her website. I messaged her and asked for details and pricing. I was impressed with the amount of items (and the quality) included in her espresso bar menu and the cost was phenomenal. My venue had never hosted an espresso bar before and I had a limited amount of time to find out if everything would work out. They were concerned with the amount of electricity Melissa would need to operate her machine. To reassure them it would not be a problem, a week before the wedding she drove all the way to Brooklyn to test equipment...and she was the one who suggested this! She also customized the menu with specialty drink names according to my theme and added my wedding logo. She came in an hour before her official start time to set herself up, and since she was ready a little early she just started making coffees! She was beyond a dream to work with and I couldn't stop thanking her. I probably hugged her 5 times during my reception! Ha ha! EVERY vendor should be as responsible, dependable, communicative and as much of a joy to work with as Melissa is. All worked out magnificently and her espresso bar was as much a hit among my adult guests as it was among my young ones. The coffee (and hot chocolate) is delicious! I will be indebted for life!
