The Greenhouse Loft is a wedding venue rental located in Highland Park, New Jersey. This multifunction rental venue can be used for small and larger sized events such as wedding receptions, ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, bridal showers, and more.

History

This industrial brick building was first constructed in the early 1900s. Originally functioning as a sewing factory and retail clothes shop, the building dwindled towards the later 1980s along with the sewing manufacturing industry. 20 years later an interest increasingly grew to create a truly artistic and beautiful space.

Facilities and Capacity

With massive industrial windows covering white brick walls, the loft is illuminated in the day, giving it a truly unique look. The Greenhouse is very versatile and enjoys working with couples and clients to create incredible wedding spaces. The loft space can hold up to 200 guests and is flexible in a variety of different layout designs. Having previously worked with an eclectic mix of clients including bat mitzvahs, birthdays, sweet sixteens, live music, art and photography shoots, and fashion shows, the loft is clearly capable of hosting any special event. Nothing is too much for the Greenhouse Loft.

Services Provided

The Greenhouse Loft offers many different services and items to allow a couple’s day to run as smoothly as possible. These include audio equipment, dance floor, chairs, tables, cleanup, setup, lighting, and sound. Catering, bar services, and other services can also be accommodated at the space. The beauty of the loft space is to allow total flexibility to meet the needs of the individual event.

Located in downtown Highland Park, New Jersey, the Greenhouse loft is central to many local amenities, attractions, and convenient public transport. The area is a vibrant, outgoing, and education-focused area. Situated near the Raritan River and Donaldson Park, guests and couples have the perfect opportunity to take in the beautiful scenery and capture great photographic moments. Greenhouse Loft is located at 431 Raritan Avenue, 2nd Floor in downtown Highland Park, New Jersey. We function as a rental facility for the general public for a variety of of purposes, including but not limited to weddings, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, graduation parties, concerts, and bar and bat mitzvah receptions. Originally a sewing factory, our unique space can accommodate up to 130 people, and can be transformed for many different uses.
