We had a great experience with Buffalo Trolleys! We unfortunately weren't able to get the exact trolley we picked out for our wedding day (had to go with the smaller black one instead of the white one) due to unforeseen circumstances but they were extremely professional and apologetic. This small change didn't affect the quality of service or our day of experience at all! Our day of driver, Darren, was awesome! He called me in advance to review all details of our itinerary and even coordinated his suite with our wedding party colors; he was great! Everyone enjoyed having him as our driver and it made for a great experience. I would highly recommend Buffalo Trolleys to anyone who is looking to do something a little bit different than a traditional limo for their wedding day transportation!

While the original trolley we booked for our wedding day inconveniently broke down the week of our wedding, that would still not deter me from recommending this company for your event. We were promptly notified of the issue and given back-up options at a discount. So great! And the day-of, our driver Pat was so friendly, prompt and professional. We had a great time riding around town for our photos for our wedding and had transportation for guests between ceremony and reception venues. We even got a call regarding a tumbler that was left behind we were able to retrieve from their lost-and-found for our guest. Highly recommend Buffalo Trolleys - thank you!

We had the Prince Charming trolley from Buffalo Trolleys for our wedding transportation and it was just wonderful! The company is so easy to work with- everyone that I interacted with from start to finish was kind, helpful and professional. The driver was so nice to work with, arrived early, and even went out of his way to make a pit-stop so our flower girl could make an emergency bathroom visit. What I loved most about going with Buffalo Trolleys is not only do you have a large enough vehicle to transport an extra-large bridal party like we had, but it also provides a great backdrop for photos too!
