    Great day of experience and customer service!

    We had a great experience with Buffalo Trolleys! We unfortunately weren't able to get the exact trolley we picked out for our wedding day (had to go with the smaller black one instead of the white one) due to unforeseen circumstances but they were extremely professional and apologetic. This small change didn't affect the quality of service or our day of experience at all! Our day of driver, Darren, was awesome! He called me in advance to review all details of our itinerary and even coordinated his suite with our wedding party colors; he was great! Everyone enjoyed having him as our driver and it made for a great experience. I would highly recommend Buffalo Trolleys to anyone who is looking to do something a little bit different than a traditional limo for their wedding day transportation!

    While the original trolley we booked for our wedding day inconveniently broke down the week of our wedding, that would still not deter me from recommending this company for your event. We were promptly notified of the issue and given back-up options at a discount. So great! And the day-of, our driver Pat was so friendly, prompt and professional. We had a great time riding around town for our photos for our wedding and had transportation for guests between ceremony and reception venues. We even got a call regarding a tumbler that was left behind we were able to retrieve from their lost-and-found for our guest. Highly recommend Buffalo Trolleys - thank you!

    We had the Prince Charming trolley from Buffalo Trolleys for our wedding transportation and it was just wonderful! The company is so easy to work with- everyone that I interacted with from start to finish was kind, helpful and professional. The driver was so nice to work with, arrived early, and even went out of his way to make a pit-stop so our flower girl could make an emergency bathroom visit. What I loved most about going with Buffalo Trolleys is not only do you have a large enough vehicle to transport an extra-large bridal party like we had, but it also provides a great backdrop for photos too!

    Had a great experience with or trolley. Driver was very helpful and fun the day of the wedding - arrived early. Glad we did a trolley rather than a limo! Lots of space and very comfortable!

    We loved our trolley it was adorable and perfect for my dress on the way to church. The driver was amazing. He let all the kids at church ring the bell and let us do an unscheduled beer rub

    Excellent! Our wedding party had a fantastic time on the trolley! We had so much fun. Our driver was so friendly and ready to take us anywhere we wanted to go. He took some of the groomsmen back to the church to pick up cars after photos were done and before the reception started. I would definitely recommend Buffalo Trolley! So much better than a traditional limo/limo bus!

    I wanted something fun, unique, and something that you could stand up in to take us around for the wedding. A trolley was the perfect idea. Everyone had a blast in the trolley, they let us bring in coolers of drinks and food. He arrived on time and was very flexible about taking us to multiple locations for photos. The trolley was clean and cute and easy to decorate.

    our wedding was the weekend of the gus macker steve the driver was calm cool and nothing was an issue for him,we had him as our driver for 2 nites,awesome guy book them if you can so worth it!

    A trolley is the way to go for a big wedding party. We didnt want to look of the Wedding busses that the limo companies had to offer. This gave us the touch of class that we were hoping for with the room for 20 people.

    Buffalo Trolley was very easy to work with. We actually utilized the trolley for 8 hours and had them tranpsort guests from other hotels to our wedding ceremony and reception site. We receieved numerous comments on how "different" and "fun" the trolley was. Overall we had a great experience!

    Buffalo Trolleys really did a great job. The trolley was a very fun and unique way to transport the bridal party from the ceramony to the picture location and then the reception. They were very flexible and let us bring on as much food and drink as we wanted. Our only complaint was that the driver made some off-color comments/jokes that were more suited for a bachelor/ette party than a wedding. Some of the music they played also wasn't exactly appropriate for our 9-year old flower girls.

    From the time I saw Buffalo Trolley at a bridal show, I knew I was going to get a trolley instead of a limo. They have so much character and the back has open seating so they are comfortable. Once I had my fiance on board, we booked the Prince Charming (the trolley with the balcony).
    The company was easy to work with in terms of details and the driver called the day before to confirm details. The driver was actually early which is always a bonus. What disappointed me was the condition of the trolley. The outside was not washed prior to arrival. It was very rain spotted and for lack of a better way to describe it, "dusty" It didn't show up in the pictures, thankfully, but it was disappointing that it was not cleaned. Also, the air conditioning was not functioning inside the trolley when the we got in. It was a hot day and it made for a long ride to the church. The driver did everything he could to remedy the situation, so I place no fault on him. But again, these are the sorts of things that should be checked before the vehicle leaves the garage. The radio was also not functioning correctly, so the fun touch of playing "going to the chapel" was cut off only a minute in to the song.
    Once we got back in to the trolley after Mass, it seemed some of the kinks had been worked out as the air seemed to be working better.
    I loved my Buffalo Trolley experience and I'm glad I chose them over a limo. I just wish some of the kinks would have not been there.

    Loved the trolley! The driver had no personality- I don't think he even said hello to myself or my husband, but that was ok. It was clean and exactly what we were looking for.

    Over all we are pleased with the Trolley service we received. We had a trolley pick up our guests at the hotel and transport them to the venue site and then back again after the reception. Guests complained the AC wasn't working on the trolley on the way to the wedding, but they enjoyed the charm and ride. For the return ride they brought one of the other (bigger) trolleys which was nice. The trolley was a half an hour late arriving at the venue to pick us up and take us back to the hotel, but my venue was kind enough to keep the party going a little while longer while we waited. The driver did attempt to call me and tell me he was stuck in traffic and would be late, but I didn't have my cell on me at my wedding! Maybe give them another contact number of someone else just in case. Overall we enjoyed the trolley :)

    The trolley itself was nice and we did have a good time. Booking was easy and they were on time. The driver was fair and friendly. The owner was not someone I would recommend doing business with as when we asked why we were charged an extra fee we were simply told to contact his lawyer. Do your homework prior to booking and make sure you read the contract closely.

    Despite booking our trolley over a year ahead of time, we received a call just 2 weeks before the wedding that our trolley had died and was not going to be repaired. While there was some attempt to offer an alternative, they were not very favorable ones and we would have appreciated more of an attempt to correct such a terrible circumstance.

    While getting our nails done the day before the wedding, we were told the trolley we ordered hit a deer. Little did t.he owner know, a friend was on the trolley the week before when it actually broke down. They should have told us the truth and much earlier so we could have explored other options. They did provide us with a different trolley (no back porch and bench seats). Perhaps the most unprofessional, however, was when the owner called the bride a few days before the wedding telling her that she needs to tip well. To top it off, the driver, on the day of the wedding, asked the best man, bride and groom to "hook him up with a good tip" while we were out taking pictures. Terribly unprofessional... definitely do not recommend.

    I am an EXTREMELY dissatisfied customer...I talked about this Cinderella Trolley my whole engagement and how I cannot wait for everyone to see how pretty it is...And on the day of my wedding they showed up to pickup the Groom and his guys not only LATE but it broke down in front of my house for HOURS...The guys had to bundle up in a vehicle and drive themselves to the Church...Mind you all vehicles were already dropped off at the reception because THE TROLLEY WAS OUR WAY TO GET AROUND FOR THE DAY...I was at another house waiting and They claimed to send another one out causing me to show up to my wedding EXTRA LATE!!!And guess what The guy finally showed up and it was a WHEELCHAIR VAN...I TOOK ONE LOOK AND STARTED TO CRY BECAUSE IT WAS A MESS...AND THE DRIVER TOLD ME WAIT A MINUTE before getting on because HE HAVE TO SWEEP BECAUSE ITS DIRTY...WOULD YOU HAVE GOTTEN ON IT WITH YOUR WHITE DRESS AND IT WAS FILTHY INSIDE AND OUT?? Exactly so I didn't....MY COORDINATOR HAD TO STUFF ME INSIDE OF HER VEHICLE with my huuge dress on AND THAT WAS MY RIDE TO CHURCH..UNREAAL...I MISSED OUT ON GETTING TO MY WEDDING ON TIME PEOPLE STARTED TO LEAVE THINKING I WAS A RUNAWAY BRIDE because I was so late BUT MEANWHILE I WAS AT THE HOUSE WAITING FOR THEM TO PICK ME AND MY LADIES UP.... AND ALSO A RIDE TO THE LOCATION after the wedding TO TAKE MY PICTURES YES I MISSED OUT ON THAT ALSO..AND THIS WAS A FEW WEEKS AGO....YES I GOT MY MONEY BACK...WILL I EVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY???ARE YOU KIDDING ME ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!The feeling is still fresh and on my mind because this all was only a few weeks ago....No exaggeration people these are all facts...And the people that works there know this is all true..Stars deserved 0.0 if I could...

    I am incredibly dissatisfied with the services provided and the lack of professionalism with this company. We used the trolley for our wedding-- it was an incredibly hot day, but when I booked, they assured me there was air conditioning on the trolley, and it worked great. Their website even claims that it's "always comfortably air conditioned." Day of the wedding- the trolley was sweltering. We were all sweating profusely. My husband was picked up at 12 pm, and he said it felt like the trolley was just turned on, instead of someone having the trolley on to cool off. It stayed disgustingly hot and sticky the entire time. The air conditioner also leaked.

    Great communication prior to the event but after the wedding, no one responded to my email. When I finally did get hold of someone, he was condescending, rude, and HUNG UP ON ME. He told me that I needed to be understanding rather than apologize that their services were not as advertised. Do NOT use this trolley company.
