With events beginning in fall 2023, this venue promises an elegant, upscale backdrop to the wedding of your dreams. The dedicated management team uses over 20 years of experience to help coordinate your special day.
Facilities and Capacity
Grand Pines Reserve boasts indoor and outdoor options for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The beautiful Pine Hall chapel features stunning wood-paneled vaulted ceilings, and the oversized windows overlooking the gardens allow floods of natural light into the space. The chapel is fitted with custom-backed benches for comfort. The Grand Hall can accommodate up to 320 loved ones. High ceilings and exquisite chandeliers create an airy yet opulent space, perfect for customizing with your chosen décor. You and your partner can relax and get ready in two large suites on-site, complete with mirrors, vanity stations, a TV, and plenty of seating for your wedding party. The covered cocktail patio will make the perfect spot to mingle with drinks as the evening sets in. The award-winning brewery and winery on-site can provide delicious craft beverages for you and your loved ones.
Services Offered
Grand Pines Reserve offers various customizable packages to suit your needs. The coordination team will be on hand throughout your planning to ensure a streamlined process and to support you and your vendors on the wedding day. You are free to hire any vendors you like to make the day truly your own. The in-house bar will serve guests drinks, and multiple levels of security are available to suit you. You will have access to the venue for the entire day, from 10 am to midnight, and you can also bring your pets along to make them part of your celebrations! Kristi and the entire team were outstanding throughout the planning process. Kristi was an absolute pleasure to work with—so kind, responsive, and always willing to meet with us to ensure everything was on track. Her prompt communication and attention to detail made the planning process seamless, and we were so thankful to have her as our event manager. The team did everything in their power to make sure we were comfortable and that every aspect of the day was executed perfectly.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The beautiful chandeliers lit up the room and created a magical atmosphere, and the entire space—inside and out—was spotless and well-maintained. We received countless compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was, and we couldn't agree more! The day-of staff was incredibly professional and friendly, and the bar team made our signature drinks with ease. Our guests are still raving about how delicious they were!
We were also so grateful for the extra kindness and flexibility the team showed us when we were allowed to take our bridal portraits on-site. Even when we went over the allotted time, they were so accommodating and understanding, making sure we had everything we needed to capture those precious moments.
Overall, we can’t recommend Grand Pines Reserve enough. The staff, location, and flexibility were all A+ and made our wedding day truly unforgettable and a dream come true!
