Had our wedding here November 9th 2024 and I still can’t get over how perfect everything was. When we first booked Grand Pines Reserve, it was nothing more than a concrete slab. We put our faith in the renderings and took a chance, and it turned out to be so much more than we imagined. The venue is absolutely stunning and truly made my dream wedding a reality. From the gorgeous chandeliers to the expansive windows, every detail was perfect. I was relieved to see that I didn’t need to spend a fortune on décor because the venue itself was so beautifully designed. Kristi was a pleasure to work with from the moment we booked (two years before the wedding). She was incredibly responsive, always addressing any questions or concerns we had throughout the entire planning process. Our guests had an amazing time and are still talking about how gorgeous everything was. Thank you, Kristi , and the entire team at Grand Pines Reserve, for making my dream wedding a reality!

My husband and I loved every second of working with Kristi and Grand Pines Reserve. There isn’t enough words to explain how awesome they were, so empathetic to the craziness of planning a wedding and super flexible with bridals, tours, etc.. my husband and I toured over 20 venues and Grand Pines was the only venue who took their time with us and we felt important and special. Truly grateful for our experience with them and another bonus point is the lighting and the chandeliers photograph so well so you don’t need a ton of decor because the venue is already beautiful on its own!

We had our wedding at Grand Pines Reserve in January 2025 and loved every minute. Throughout the planning process, Kristi and the staff at Grand Pines Reserve were so responsive and helpful in providing answers to my questions and suggestions of what has worked for previous brides. While we didn't use the coordination package, the GPR team had some wonderful vendor recommendations that we heavily leaned on, which was very helpful! On the day of the wedding, Kristi and her team were amazing. We got there a just a little early and she welcomed us in with open arms to get started setting up.

The actual facility is absolutely stunning! The chapel is gorgeous with beautiful pews and stunning large windows front and center. The chandeliers add such an elegant feel to the space! On the day of the wedding, it was a little chilly outside, but they had some great heaters that made the breezeway comfortable for guests. One of the most unique parts of the venue is the bar. The one bar is accessible during the cocktail hour AND during the reception, rather than having two separate bars or having to pay for an additional bar set up during cocktail hour. I also love how the bar is separate from the reception space, so anyone looking to get a drink doesn't crowd the reception space. Everything about the venue was perfect for our marriage, and we are so thankful for the Grand Pines Reserve team for helping with our special day! Wonderful venue!

Grand Pines Reserve is an absolutely beautiful venue, everyone was in awe of the huge inside space, high ceilings, massive bar, and optionality of getting married inside or outside.
Grand Pines Reserve made our night a perfect night because they fully supported our Polish Traditions which meant a lot to our families attending. They allowed us to stay late which let everyone truly enjoy the night. They also are dog-friendly and let our dog be part of our ceremony.
The Grand Pines Reserve team was incredibly communicative and easy to work with every step of the way. Special shoutout to Kristi and Shannon for all their amazing work and effort to make our wedding one unforgetting night.

We are beyond grateful for the incredible experience we had at Grand Pines Reserve for our wedding. From the moment we booked the venue, which was still under construction at the time, we knew we made the right choice. The flexibility with vendors and liquor packages was a huge selling point, and we were able to secure an amazing deal that worked perfectly for us.

Kristi and the entire team were outstanding throughout the planning process. Kristi was an absolute pleasure to work with—so kind, responsive, and always willing to meet with us to ensure everything was on track. Her prompt communication and attention to detail made the planning process seamless, and we were so thankful to have her as our event manager. The team did everything in their power to make sure we were comfortable and that every aspect of the day was executed perfectly.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The beautiful chandeliers lit up the room and created a magical atmosphere, and the entire space—inside and out—was spotless and well-maintained. We received countless compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was, and we couldn't agree more! The day-of staff was incredibly professional and friendly, and the bar team made our signature drinks with ease. Our guests are still raving about how delicious they were!
We were also so grateful for the extra kindness and flexibility the team showed us when we were allowed to take our bridal portraits on-site. Even when we went over the allotted time, they were so accommodating and understanding, making sure we had everything we needed to capture those precious moments.

Overall, we can’t recommend Grand Pines Reserve enough. The staff, location, and flexibility were all A+ and made our wedding day truly unforgettable and a dream come true!

Looking for a wedding venue can be so overwhelming, but once I seen Grand Pines Reserve, I knew that place was special. Weeks later (after our wedding), we're still absolutely gushing looking at our pictures! it was the perfect venue for our wedding. They had it all, phenomenal staff ( S/O to Kristi) who though out of everything to make our day so special. We could not have asked for better! They truly make you feel like a VIP throughout the whole process. My guests were in awe of the venue (I felt so happy for that) and every detail was perfectly executed. We could not recommend Grand PInes Reserve enough, it's definitely well-worth your time and money!
