I already had a different hotel in mind for my wedding, but things didn't workout. I had to start looking into several hotels and finally found this one, actually I found Deepti Menon. She is the sales coordinator that worked with me for the duration of my wedding planning. She was fast in responding or returning my (excessive) emails and phone calls, showed up on time for all our meetings, and let me stop by the hotel several times when I needed to see part of the ball room or reception area. She even suggested for us to use a seasonal prop that the hotel had in the lobby during Christmas as part of our wedding décor. She didn't have to sell me anything because this hotel had everything that we needed! She made my life so EASY during a time that should have been stressful.Sent on 06/24/2016
The location was perfect as we used the SF Cable Car as our mode of transportation, it's so close to Union Square and the BART station, so a lot of people didn't have to party and drive.
The food was great, the service was great, I'd suggest this to anyone looking for a helpful wedding team.
