Gordon's Jewlery assisted my husband in selecting the perfect engagement ring, then in selecting the perfect band to compliment my ring (because it was not a set). They have been heplful in the cleaning my ring when ever needed at no charge. The staff were veryhelp in as I mentioned the selection of our wedding bands. Very helpful and affordable.

My husband bought my engagement ring at Gordon's and liked it so much that we returned for our wedding bands. The choosing process was fun and the jeweler really seemed to care about us. I wanted a little nick cut into my wedding band so my engagement diamond would fit snugly into it once we got married. That process took over a week longer than they quoted me and that experience was very frustrating. I'd be willing to give them a second chance, though.

We had a very limited budget for my engagement and wedding rings. After looking at several stores and finding a limited selection for our price range, we wandered into Gordon's. There were two very helpful female sales associates who worked with us, and we found a gorgeous ring that was extremely budget friendly. My entire band and ring were less than $1000, though they look much more expensive. Ordering the band separately was a bit stressful, as it took longer than I had anticipated (it took closer to 4-5 weeks than the anticipated 2 weeks). However, the ring came sized and was ready to take with us as soon as it came in the store.

When my husband was shopping for my ring at Christmas time he went to a bunch of jewelers and Gordon's was the only one who helped him. Do NOT get their revolving account. There was an amazing lady who helped him and when we went to buy our wedding rings she helped us as well. She is an older lady and her professionalism clearly stands out. Whenever we went in and got other help, however, they were VERY rude and unprofessional.

Very awful experience overall. Went to the store to look at rings and found a band that fit my engagement ring perfectly. We decided a week after to order it from the store. It took several weeks and phone calls for a sales associate to call us back so that we could order it. First visit back to the store to pick up my wedding band but it had not been sized yet. 2nd visit back I inspected the band and found that the middle diamond was a darker color than the ones surrounding it. Then we had to reorder the band and start the whole process over again. Luckily we did get it as ordered before we left for our destination wedding.

I've had such a hard time with my rings. 4 stones have fallen out and each time it is replaced I am assured it won't happen again. I'm really disappointed the professionalism of the sales people- offering me a different excuse every time I visit. I won't waste my time even looking there again.

Update- I ended up getting an entirely different ring because the could not assure me that my wedding rings would not continue to fall apart. I'm happy they offered up upgrade but I am still upset that I don't have the ring I was actually married with.

The diamonds kept falling out of my ring. Very dissatisfied. I have had to get my engagement ring fixed more than 3 times due to stones missing.
