Had our wedding at Lake Las Vegas on a gondola. The experience was perfect in every way. Gondola Adventures arranged everything including the wedding officiant, photographer, and flowers. The gondolier was exceptional and entertaining, and very musically talented. A wonderful experience that we highly recommend!

What a special way to exit your wedding!! It was so relaxing and peaceful, we were able to relive the whole day in the 45 minute ride from our venue (Venetian Terrace) to our hotel (Omni Mandalay). It was the perfect way to get to spend time together after the wedding and re-energized us enough to stay up until 3am with the younger crowd!! So much fun, so perfect, and will so do this again for our anniversaries!!!

Horrific experience customers beware Boat ride was OK let me explain the situation we got to the boat ride after some traffic and they said they needed to up charge us $40 I understand that np otherwise it would be a half hour ride we had to use the bathroom after a long ride we go to bathroom number 1 you need a key from the employee to access I am guessing it was there bathroom I WAS SURPRISED THAT IT WAS NOT . I was shocked ! after spending a lot of money to fined out that they didn't even have there own bathroom! I found out from there employee that it was a public bathroom that didn't make any sense as you needed a key to access it !!!!!! First bathroom was all flooded the second bathroom was stained all over the seat finding out teenagers who do drugs inside have access to it was that explains the bathroom situation. This was pre paid so we had no choice to take the ride as we were traumatized by the experience of the horrific bathrooms and of course we got the lunch with the experience and were disgusted with the lunch. I knew it was from a restaurant but we still felt grossed out.I have the drone package on top of all this so we had to make the best out of it as they were filming us! I have called in spoke to a rep there to explain the situation they have said that they cant even do a partial credit !! Please be aware they have a dispute charge on there site In the unlikely event of any issue with your cruise, we would appreciate the opportunity to resolve it prior to involving the credit card company." Therefore, if you dispute any charges to your credit card, there will be an automatic dispute fee of $25.00 charged to your credit card account." I have never seen a dispute charge like this before I wonder why NOW I KNOW newportbeach.gondola.com… AS STATED ON THERE SITE ! It is sad as a company like this would ruin peoples experience.As I am stuck with this memory forever with no option to dispute as I have taken this cruise the only thing I can do is warn people if you need to use the bathroom go before or you will be having nightmares of the experience and out a few hundred dollar's !!!
