I’d like to start off by saying that this was the second event that I had been a part of and that Jay had been the filmmaker hired for the event. It was back in September of 2018, shortly after the gas explosions in Lawrence. He was a perfect gentleman, and managed to navigate the wedding day without being intrusive at all. Once I saw my cousin’s wedding video, I was shocked and deeply impressed with the beautifully edited, and how wonderfully he captured the day. From then on I knew I wanted to hire him for my own wedding day.
Fast forward to October 31st, 2021, and it was my own wedding day. Sure enough there was Jay working to capture the day. He came fully prepared, including the use of his drone camera too! It was such a lovely piece of mind to know that he was there capturing many special moments. Within a week of our wedding day, Jay delivered our first teaser of the wedding video! Within three weeks of the wedding, he had given us the first rough cut of the video. His rough cut is nearly identical to the final cut, he was very receptive to any edits / requests that I had about the video. He also was willing and did send me the clip of our exchanging of vows. I fully understood that, that particular clip may not be the top quality in comparison to the rest of the video. To my surprise, he told me that he did do some editing to it to make the quality a good bit better.
Anyone who can afford or can find the room in the budget to hire a videographer, do it. If you want a high quality, very professional, and lovely person on top of it all, hire Jay!

John and his partner Mike were amazing as they filmed our wedding. It was one of the hottest days of the year and they were absolute champs in capturing every awesome moment. John assembled the content into a great memory that we will cherish. From the drone shots to the special moments he captured, having John as your videographer is as refreshing as someone handing you an ice-cold Dunkin Donuts iced coffee on a warm day.

Hiring John to be your videographer will be one of the best decisions during your wedding planning. He goes above and beyond to say the least. He's extremely professional, prompt, and talented. My husband and I are obsessed with our wedding video and our friends raved about it for weeks after! Even our wedding venue hired him for work.... that says it all right there! John is a great guy to work with. He is personable and easy to work with. He also worked well with the other vendors and made himself known but also made himself invisible. He was able to accommodate us with little notice and remained professional and courteous the whole time. The video that he made came out great and it captured our night tremendously. Would use him again 10 out of 10 times.

Hiring John as our videographer was one of the best wedding decisions we made. Weddings are always expensive, but this cost was absolutely WORTH EVERY PENNY. Such professionalism, responsiveness and of course amazing quality video that we will cherish forever. We can't recommend him highly enough!! Videography is something I always wanted as part of my wedding. It was something I wasn’t sure we would be able to afford. My inlaws paid for this for us as a gift. I have to tell you, hands down best thing. If you don’t think you need it or don’t have the money to pay for it, find a way. It is so incredibly worth it. John was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. You didn’t even feel like he was there. The final product is nothing short of amazing and it is one of my very favorite things from the wedding. I LOVE watching it!
