I highly recommend Priscilla and her team at Gluten Free Specialties (formerly Celiac Specialties). I have Celiac Disease and was considering two different dedicated GF bakeries in Metro Detroit along with a normal bakery that makes some GF cakes. Priscilla's cake blew the competition out of the water. We ended up going with the chocolate cake with white icing for our big day. Our guests loved it--most couldn't tell it was gluten (or dairy) free. It was extremely rich and moist. She and her husband were extremely nice, including sending free cupcake samples to us in Boston since we couldn't come to her bakery to do a tasting.
