Reshma was great to work with. After my hair and make-up trial, Reshma really took time to understand my feedback and incorporated it on my wedding day. I got countless compliments on my hair and make-up. Reshma and her team were great to work with and I highly recommend them.

Reshma from Glam U ruined my wedding. I had booked her 3 months ago for hair, makeup and saree setting for my wedding and she had assured me all the way that she will be the one doing everything and that she was a professionall. I trusted her and even signed a contract. On the day of my wedding, she was supposed to arrive at 2pm. When I called her at 2:10, she told me she was going to be there in 30 mins. After 30 mins when she didn't show up, I called her again and she told me she will be another 30 mins. After about an hour she sent another amateur makeup airtist, who had no idea about hair or saree setting to start on my makeup. I called her again and she said she was in a meeting and promised she would be there in 30 mins again. Again, after she didn't show up I called her again and she told me she wasn't going to make it. This was at 5:15pm and I had to be ready by 5:30. I had no option then but to ask my guest and family for help. This caused me so much stress on what was supposed to be the most happiest day of my life. The worst part was that I trusted her and she kept lying and making false promises and she never bothered to call or text me about her situation once on the day of my wedding, I had to call her. Reshma is a liar and so unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and find a better place that you can trust.
