Glaiza was very comfortable to talk to and work with and she did an amazing job on my and my maid of honor's hair and makeup! She made sure we shared our opinion about what we wanted, if we wanted to make any changes, etc. I'm glad we did a trial run and I would definitely recommend that no matter who you hire for hair and makeup. Having one less thing to worry about on your wedding day is definitely worth it. Glaiza is a perfectionist and I felt beautiful all night thanks to her! Would definitely recommend her to anyone needing hair and makeup for any special occasion.

As someone who is very into beauty, decently skilled at doing my own makeup (I almost did my own, but didn't want the stress and hassle) and specifically very into the current makeup and beauty from Asia (I watch a lot of Chinese and Korean content), I have very particular tastes, am perfectionist and difficult to please. Glaiza did an incredible job, and I'm pretty sure there's no one else in Houston who can match her skill especially for Asian makeup. I did a ton of research before booking her, and followed artists all over Texas.

I was most impressed by her range when I looked at her portfolio. She can do full glam as well as Korean-style natural beauty. She can do European features, South Asian features, Southeast Asian, and East Asian features. She can do teens and twenties, she can also do mature makeup.

Glaiza is also super communicative, and took so much care and detail in looking through my inspo pics from xhs (rednote), revising looks, and sending me her thoughts. She redid my hair during my trial until I was 100% satisfied, and really took me seriously when I told her my preferences for brows, contour, lashes, etc. She also got a PERFECT shade match for my base, including undertone! Of course, she also knows exactly how to handle the Houston humidity.

You can also trust her completely with any team members she brings on. I hired her for hair and makeup for 4 bridesmaids, MOB, and MOG, and she and her assistant did an amazing job on everyone, even my husband's mom who doesn't usually wear makeup at all and was a bit nervous about how it would turn out. On top of everything, she's very kind and professional, and super detail oriented in her work.

I had a lot of changes with my contract (e.g. adding more hairs being done and changing the address a couple of times due to moving and sickness) and Glaiza was super accommodating. The makeup itself was phenomenal, it held up all throughout the day even when I had to take pictures outside in the Texas humidity. She made me look flawless while still looking like myself. My makeup lasted the entire day and night through pictures, dancing, and drinking. I was so drunk I fell asleep with my makeup on (I know, horrible), and I woke up still looking fine AF. 😜 That alone says everything. On top of that, she genuinely cares. She followed me to the gas station and pumped gas for me because she didn’t want me to ruin my dress. Who does that?!
