We used Giron Limousine for our August 8th wedding and they were great. They arrived 15 minutes early and the driver was very nice and polite. We had the white Chrysler 300 limo and it was beautiful. Our contact was Sylvester and he was great to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a limousine.

I used Giron's Limo Service for my daughters Prom just this May. She was picked up on time in a shiny black sedan and the driver was very friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable about her going into DC by herself. I would highly recommended Giron's Limo for their service, price and peace of mind.

Just want to thanks Girons Crew for a great experience for my wedding was amazed and totally surprised. it will be something that i will never forget. the limo was perfect and our driver was really fun, polite very professional-every body love him and he is great person to work. I will highly recommend this business

Girons Limo was a fantastic Choice. The Chrysler 300 Limo was spacious and Comfortable very good price the driver was great i will definitely be using Girons Limo next time.

Good service, good price

Giron Limo was easy to work with and responsive when we needed to change plans. The only issue was that they arrived late to pick us up after the wedding, and many guests just got Ubers instead of waiting.

Great setting up the time and reserving the limo. The limos were dirty when I went to look at them, but I was told it was bc they didn't have time to clean it from the night before (I went on a Saturday morning). I even let it slide that Jose was 30 min late to the 10am meeting that HE set-up with me. I understood and it was fine. Jose was very responsive until the actual day of.

On the day of the driver was 45 minutes late. This resulted in a huge change of plan and we were not able to attend everything. Jose did call and apologize, however the driver did not. Jose told me he would extend the service or give me a partial refund. I told him we would see how late we needed the limo.

Our event ended on time. The next day, I tried calling Jose to discuss options for getting a refund. I also emailed him. Over the course of two weeks, I continually called and emailed and was ignored. I finally opened a dispute with my credit card company. I emailed Jose AGAIN to let him know. He finally responded and said he would give me a refund. I cancelled the dispute with my card and waited to see the refund. Nothing happened for two weeks, so I reopened the dispute with my credit card company and finally got my money back this week.

Giron's is great before your event. However, if you want to be on time and get all your money's worth, FIND SOMEONE ELSE! The limos are nice, but the late drivers and unresponsive sales people made sure I will never use Giron again!

I would never recommend this limo service to anyone. The quality of service is poor and their responsiveness is horrible. I had such a difficult time trying to book the limo because the person they have answering the phone and booking contracts is unreliable. I had to call her repeatedly to finally book the limo I wanted. I only booked their services because of their costs but in the end wished that I had paid the extra money. In spite of having the directions, the driver was not prepared and did not know where he was going which delayed us in getting to the church in time to take pictures before the ceremony. Most importantly, I got married in early August, it was hot outside and the Air Conditioning did not work in the limo. We complained and nothing was done about it. We were just told that the AC was working and that they dont' refund money. I will never refer this company to anyone, the response we received regarding our complaint about the AC was unacceptable and I am calling my credit card company to dispute the charge.
