Georgia Grace Weddings offers day-of and partial planning services that will ensure your wedding dreams are carried out without you having a single worry on your special day. There are three packages for you to choose from, and each package is designed to meet brides wherever they are in the planning process. We can do as little, or as much, of the planning as you desire. We even customize packages just for your specific needs at no additional charge. We are located in Athens, Ga but will happily travel to your destination.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Mary Ellen & her team are. After 1.5 years of planning, our wedding day turned out so perfect & exactly how we imagined it. We honestly couldn't have planned our wedding day without her. From the start of booking, Mary Ellen created shared Google docs with every type of question & detail you could imagine. If you forgot a detail, don't fret - Mary Ellen will ask you about it. Flexibility, communication, and punctuality were on point every time! Please don't hesitate to budget in a coordinator/planner, and choose GGW because they were the best money we spent on our wedding!

Georgia Grace makes the day perfect
Mary Ellen made our whole experience beautiful. We had a big wedding and ZERO wedding planning experience, and Georgia Grace took charge without ever making us feel overwhelmed. From our first zoom meeting to the wedding day, Mary Ellen loved and coaxed and encouraged us, giving us all the room to make decisions, and then realizing when we needed guidance and offering us her (ever so valued!) opinion. Mary Ellen is not just a planner, she's our friend now, too, and I'll always be grateful for how she made a perfect day for us all.

Brilliant and kind team
Mary Ellen had great advice for big and small questions. We got married at Georgian Hall in Athens, but had to do the planning long distance since we live in NYC. It's clear she and her team really know what they're doing. It was necessary to have someone I could trust help handle the logistics on the day of the wedding so that I could just relax and enjoy the day. In terms of budgeting for vendors, you should prioritize hiring Georgia Grace over any other bells and whistles. They added the biggest value to the wedding at a really reasonable price.
I can't imagine trying to coordinate the day of the wedding without Mary Ellen. She has a very kind and professional team. Also, the day after the wedding, Mary Ellen sent me a few photos she took behind the scenes. It was such a sweet and personal touch.
I recommend Georgia Grace Weddings to ALL of my wedding couples. They are hands down one of the BEST planners and day-of coordinators I've ever worked with. I know that my couples will be in great hands when working with GGW and that their timelines & wedding days will be set up for success!
