  Brooke and Chris's Wedding

  I don’t know where to even start. We began planning my daughter’s wedding in June 2022 and the event was held June 2023. Mary Ellen of Georgia Grace Weddings was one of the first vendors on my list. I am very thorough and do a huge amount of research for this kind of thing. When I finally narrowed it down to a couple of planners, I called and talked with each planner. I instantly trusted Mary Ellen and knew that her attention to detail and experience would bring me great peace on the day of the wedding. My daughter, my son-in-law and I have very different personalities. Mary Ellen was able to read each of us and cater to all of our different wants, needs and nerves. She was able to offer her sage advice and wisdom without judgement or criticism. She balanced our vision and budget with suggestions that were reasonable and personal. She has such great taste and style that I was always seeking her opinion about all of the little details. This was my third wedding. She offered more services than the previous 2 planners I had used. I relied on her heavily since this, in essence, became a destination wedding, as only 1 guest actually lived in Athens. I highly recommend Mary Ellen at Georgia Grace Weddings.

  Absolutely Amazing Company!

  Georgia Grace Weddings was a wonderful choice for our July 2023 wedding! From the very beginning their team was extremely organized, kind, and professional throughout the entire planning process. It was a joy to work with Melissa, and she always came prepared to every meeting with our venue! She was such an encouragement to my family and wedding party throughout our special day as well. Melissa always made sure we were feeling our best and had what we needed! Georgia Grace is a wonderful choice when it comes to finding the perfect wedding planner! I would recommend them to any and every couple!

  The best ever!

  I am so happy I hired Georgia Grace for my wedding planning services. Jane was amazing throughout the whole process. She was so helpful, attentive, and kind from the day I hired her until our wedding exit. She was a calm presence during the wedding chaos (including while I had to make a rain plan decision). I truly miss talking to her now that the wedding is over. I was so lucky to have Heather day of as well who put together some of my decor that turned out beautiful. I could not recommend Georgia Grace enough!

  There are not enough words to describe how amazing Mary Ellen & her team are. After 1.5 years of planning, our wedding day turned out so perfect & exactly how we imagined it. We honestly couldn't have planned our wedding day without her. From the start of booking, Mary Ellen created shared Google docs with every type of question & detail you could imagine. If you forgot a detail, don't fret - Mary Ellen will ask you about it. Flexibility, communication, and punctuality were on point every time! Please don't hesitate to budget in a coordinator/planner, and choose GGW because they were the best money we spent on our wedding!

  Georgia Grace makes the day perfect

  Mary Ellen made our whole experience beautiful. We had a big wedding and ZERO wedding planning experience, and Georgia Grace took charge without ever making us feel overwhelmed. From our first zoom meeting to the wedding day, Mary Ellen loved and coaxed and encouraged us, giving us all the room to make decisions, and then realizing when we needed guidance and offering us her (ever so valued!) opinion. Mary Ellen is not just a planner, she's our friend now, too, and I'll always be grateful for how she made a perfect day for us all.

  Mary Ellen had great advice for big and small questions. We got married at Georgian Hall in Athens, but had to do the planning long distance since we live in NYC.   Georgia Grace is a wedding planning game changer!

  I don't even know where to begin, other than by simply stating that Mary Ellen and the Georgia Grace team were the key reason our wedding day and planning experience were so wonderful! Mary Ellen is not only organized, responsive, and professional, but she is a genuine and caring person, and both me, my now husband, and my entire family and bridal party loved working with her. As a bride trying to plan, and replan, a wedding during COVID, she helped pick me up when spirits got low, and motivated me and kept me on track when I didn't want to face decisions that needed to be made or work that needed to be done. When the day of the wedding arrived, I wasn't the least bit stressed (surprisingly, all things considered), because I trusted the Georgia Grace team and the other vendor partners they helped us select so much. Long story short - we so appreciate everything Georgia Grace Weddings did for us and cannot recommend them more!

  Best investment in the wedding!

  Georgia Grace Weddings absolutely was the best investment we made for my daughter's wedding. Mary Ellen and Jane were so on top of everything, we never would have gotten through the day without them. Our event was everything we dreamed it would be and more.

  Mary Ellen is absolutely amazing at what she does! She took a very short timeline to plan our daughter's wedding and calmly and seamlessly executed the most amazing team of vendors along with her team, to create the most beautiful wedding day! She thought of every detail that was important to us and our guests to execute the day! Our guests were blown away at this unforgettable wedding! The bride said it was the best day of her life! Mary Ellen is a true treasure and would recommend her to everyone!

  Georgia Grace Weddings made my day as Mother of the Bride an enjoyable and memorable experience!!! Mary Ellen helped us for over a year to get vendors and prepare for the wedding. She is so pleasant and accommodating. I did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. GGW staff was outstanding!!! I actually remember my daughter’s special day and was able to enjoy it with her. I HIGHLY recommend GGW. I will definitely ask them to help us with my other daughter’s wedding in the future!!

I was not stressed for one second on my wedding day, and got to enjoy the entirety of the special day. When I told her I wanted to walk down the aisle in the rain, she didn't ignore my wishes, rather made it happen!! Her team was extraordinary in making sure I was relaxed, ready and prepared for my grand entrance! I am so thankful that I was able to have such a pleasant experience on my wedding day. After the ceremony, they made sure to accommodate my husband and I with food, drinks and comfort for the rest of the evening.   Absolutely the BEST decision we made

  Mary Ellen and the Georgia Grace team were incredible. From the beginning she made us feel a part of the family. Her attention to detail, planning, and day of support were absolutely amazing. I could not imagine doing it without her and truly feel like we made the best decision in choosing their wedding coordinating services. So very thankful for all of their work!!

  Mary Ellen and the Georgia Grace team were incredible. From the beginning she made us feel a part of the family. Her attention to detail, planning, and day of support were absolutely amazing. I could not imagine doing it without her and truly feel like we made the best decision in choosing their wedding coordinating services. So very thankful for all of their work!!

  Please please please hire Georgia Grace Weddings! We worked with Mary Ellen who was the true hero of our wedding day-- we could not have done it without her! She took care of every detail and was such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. No matter what changes COVID threw at us (and there were a lot), Mary Ellen handled it effortlessly and immediately had back-up plans and recommendations for us. She coordinated and organized everything so we and our families were able to focus on the wedding and enjoy the day. We can't imagine planning our wedding without Mary Ellen's help.   To say Mary Ellen and her team were INCREDIBLE is an understatement! Mary Ellen went above and beyond from day one. When we had to move our wedding due to COVID-19, she helped us every step of the way and coordinated with our vendors to find a new date that worked for everyone. The day of our wedding, it ended up raining all day and she was ON IT! She not only helped secure an extra tent, but helped reconfigure our wedding to still make it the perfect day! We were given lemons and Mary Ellen and her team turned them into Chick-fil-A lemonade every time! We would not have been able to have the most amazing wedding day without her on our team!

  We could not have done this wedding without Jane! Throughout wedding planning we lived in North Carolina and couldn't easily get down to Athens to work with all of our vendors and visit spaces. Jane went above and beyond -- contacting vendors to ask questions and get information we had never thought about, visiting our wedding and reception venues to make floor plans and recommendations to us, and recommending vendors that aligned with the style wedding we envisioned. Jane was calm, proactive, positive, communicative, and an absolute joy to work with. Since the wedding we've said over and over that hiring Jane was the best decision we made. We could not recommend her more!
