My experience at Genie's was fantastic. They have enough bridal dresses to really give a good variety of everything, but not enough that you feel overwhelmed. The ladies that helped me were very knowledgable about the brands they have in store, and how sizing works with all of them. I was measured to have a special length cut, and when my dress came in it fit perfect. I can't express how upbeat, and fun the ladies working in there are. We tried on most likely every sash they had & were laughing at ones that looked hideous with my dress. I truly enjoyed myself from start to finish, and the only complaint is that I wish they had an in house seamstress. I recommend going in during the week, during working hours if you can, because you will easily be the only one in there then and can take your time.

Genie was so nice and such a pleasure to work with. My dress got discontinued before I was able to purchase it. She was the only store I was able to find it in in my size and her shop was 110 miles from me. I went to try it on and it fit perfect, She let me make payments on it as I was not expecting to have to buy the dress that fast and even shipped it to me at no extra cost so I didn't have to make that trip again. Above and beyond customer service!!
