We used Gen-X for their shuttle services because the hotel we had a block with uses them. They communicated very well to make sure they were sending the appropriate sized vehicle at the correct times. They were also very flexible, since our first trip (for the wedding party) was two hours before the next (for guests). It was a great perk that alcohol was allowed on the shuttle as long as everyone on board was over 21. The driver was very friendly and helpful. She even provided a bottle opener when we realized we forgot one. The shuttle was always on time and they timed it perfectly to arrive before the start of the ceremony. I would definitely recommend Gen-X to anyone looking for a shuttle!

The hotel we booked with uses Gen-X limousine as their transportation service. The transportation was set up beforehand- they made sure they were sending out the correct sized vehicle for the anticipated number of people using the shuttle for each trip. The shuttles were on time, the transportation was clean inside, and the drivers were friendly. They met all of our needs and expectations, so I would recommend them to someone looking for wedding transport!

Gen X Limo provided shuttle service to and from our hotel for our wedding on 7/27/13. We are really pleased that we hired them for the service. The shuttles were clean and comfortable, and the drivers were professional and on time. It was pouring rain when I arrived at my venue, and I had to walk a little ways, so the driver made every effort to get me as close to the area I needed to go even in very tight quarters. Jeff and Caye, the owners, are very kind, easy to contact, and flexible. The night of our wedding, we left a piece of glass for a patio table on the shuttle, and they made exceptional efforts to return it to us, going above and beyond what they really had to do to make sure we got it back. This is a great company that truly deserves your business.

My wife and I loved the way Gen-X Limousine chauffeured our wedding party and us on July 3, 2016! First of all, the pricing was unbelievable! Unlike a lot of other companies, Gen-X doesn’t require you to rent it for a minimum amount of time. We rented the party bus for just two hours at their phenomenal hourly rate. The rate may have been low, but the quality of the service and the vehicle were not. The party bus comfortably accommodated our wedding party and a couple coolers of adult beverages, and the sound system easily supported the Spotify playlist we created for the ride. Caye, our driver, was very smooth behind the wheel and, after we were done with our pictures at a city park, did a great job killing time by driving around until we wanted to arrive at the reception hall. The entire wedding party really enjoyed the time we had on the bus, and we would recommend Gen-X to anyone. Thanks!

We used Gen-X only for the commute to and from our hotel, which included two trips approximately an hour apart. The trips from the hotel to the hall went well, however the trips from the hall to the hotel was a disaster. The 11:30 shuttle dropped off some passengers at the hotel and then never came back for the rest of us at the scheduled 12:30 time! Multiple phone calls and 45 minutes past our expected pickup time we were finally picked up by a new driver. Not what I expected from a company we were using for such a simple task. Definitely made our wedding end on a sour note. I do commend them for providing me a full refund and they were very quick to respond, even with my 1:00am phone calls.
