My wife and I married last month in Punta Cana. We had the pleasure of working with GCStar, and employees German Cabello and Veronica Rodriguez, for our destination wedding in Punta Cana, and we couldn't be happier with the fantastic experience they provided. From start to finish, GCStar was the heartbeat of our celebration, ensuring every moment was memorable and enjoyable.

GCStar’s German Cabello not only served as our wedding DJ but also masterfully guided the evening as our Master of Ceremony. He also translated from English into Spanish and vice-versa. His level of professionalism and expertise truly shone throughout the entire event. The sound system they provided was top-notch, delivering crystal-clear music that set the perfect atmosphere during our wedding dinner and the lively celebration afterward.

What truly stood out was the extensive playlist they offered. Prior to the wedding, my wife and I also worked a lot with Veronica, and she took the time to understand our musical preferences. As a result, the music played was a perfect reflection of our tastes and kept the energy high throughout the night. Our guests were on their feet, dancing the night away.

The coordination with GCStar leading up to the wedding was seamless. They were responsive, organized, and took great care to ensure every detail was just right. This level of dedication and commitment is something we greatly appreciated and contributed to our stress-free wedding experience.

Our wedding in Punta Cana was an absolute dream come true, thanks in no small part to GCStar and their team consisting of German and Veronica. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a DJ and Master of Ceremony for their special day. Our guests are still raving about the music and entertainment, making our wedding a truly memorable and unforgettable event. Thank you.

We got married in August at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana-

We originally reached out to GC Stars for a quote in January of 2026, and Veronica immediately set up a call for us with the owner, German! After several back-and-forth conversations, we were able to decide on a DJ/MC package that was within our budget and signed our contract for the big day! The professionalism, communication, and genuine feel made us so excited.

Music was VERY important to us, and German delivered! We sent a 6-hour DUMP playlist over about 10 days before the wedding so that he could get a feel for the kind of music we enjoy (we have quite the range). From start to finish our dancefloor was packed. We also sent an absolutely DO NOT PLAY list and had no problems.

Overall, GC Stars was a great choice, and we really enjoyed having them! 100% recommend!

We met the DJ the same day of the wedding. I sent him a playlist of songs that I wanted at the wedding the hour before the reception began. He played all the songs exactly and mixed them great!!!! He understood the assignment perfectly - being that it was a group of people who just wanted to dance and have fun all night! The music was amazing!!! All of our guests commented on it!

We had our wedding this past Saturday in Dreams Dominicus La Romana. Germán was our DJ and MC and he did an amazing job! We had a diverse group of different nationalities and ages, yet he tailored the music to fit everyone’s needs. The dance floor was never empty and everyone had a blast. He spoke in English and Spanish as well! We would recommend him to anyone!

DJ Star is the best wedding DJ for brides and grooms getting married in the DR! The team was attentive, professional and responsive during the planning process. From the ceremony to the reception, DJ Star made sure that our wedding went exactly as we dreamed it would. His energy was contagious and he had the dance floor packed the entire night!

We loved working with GCStar. They were awesome. All of the songs were played perfectly just as we requested. The DJ got all of our guests out on the dance floor. GCStar was super easy to work with. HIGHLY recommend!

German absolutely KILLED it at our wedding!! I told him how I wanted it to feel like a club and boy did he deliver. The LED screens and the music was so lit. Everyone is still talking about how good the music was. Also the MC was perfect!!! 10000/10, would highly recommend.!!!

We are SO happy we chose GCStar Punta Cana to DJ our wedding on May 1, 2026 at Secrets Playa Esmeralda!

We decided to take a chance on hiring an outside vendor instead of using the resort’s preferred DJ, since the pricing through the resort felt a bit steep — and it ended up being one of the best decisions we made.

From the very beginning, GCStar Punta Cana stood out. Before even providing a quote, they requested a video consultation. At first, I was unsure because no other company required that, but after the call, I completely understood why. German instantly made us feel comfortable, excited, and confident in our choice. His energy is contagious, and after seeing clips of his work online, I already had a feeling he knew how to create an unforgettable atmosphere.

The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Communication was prompt, the contract was straightforward and easy to understand, and I appreciated having a detailed form to organize all of our music selections and preferences.

On the wedding day, they absolutely delivered. The DJ also served as our MC and kept the celebration flowing effortlessly all night long. Our guests are STILL talking about how much fun they had on the dance floor!

If you’re planning a wedding in Punta Cana and want a team that is organized, engaging, and knows how to keep the party going, do yourself a favor and contact GCStar Punta Cana. Highly recommend!

We truly cannot put into words how incredible GC Star was for our wedding. From start to finish, the DJ, MC, and violinist were nothing short of AMAZING.

The DJ kept the dance floor full all night with perfect transitions, incredible energy, and music that matched every moment flawlessly. The MC was charismatic, professional, and knew exactly how to hype up the crowd while keeping the night flowing smoothly and on schedule. And the violinist… absolutely breathtaking. The live violin added such an elegant, emotional, and unforgettable touch to our ceremony and reception—our guests are still talking about it!

They truly listened to our vision and brought it to life even better than we imagined. Their patience, talent, and attention to detail made our wedding feel magical. Our day honestly would not have been the same without them—they played a huge role in making it the best day of our lives.

If you are looking for a team that is professional, passionate, and genuinely cares about making your event unforgettable, look no further. We will forever be grateful to GC Star for helping create memories we’ll cherish for a lifetime. HIGHLY recommend!

WOW! We were so thankful to have GC Star be the DJ & MC at our wedding at Casa de Campo! Not only did Germán follow our playlist, but he went off our guests energy and kept us on the dance floor all night long (we have not danced or sang that much in a LONG time) and our guests are still raving how much fun they had at our wedding! We are so appreciative of the team and cannot recommend them enough!!
