Garibaldi's Catering impressed us more than anyone at the Chico Bridal Show. It was the most flavorful and after trying several other vendors that day we decided to go with Kevin. I'm so glad we did! He is very passionate about his profession and makes some of the most delicious food I've ever tasted. We didn't have a lot of imagination on what to have for dinner (he'll cook literally anything for you) so we went with Chicken and Tri-Tip. You know how when you go to a conference or a wedding and you see chicken and pass it up because you just know it's going to be dry and flavorless? Well, this would be the one time you're wrong! I attended several weddings prior to my own last year and that dry chicken that you would expect was exactly the case. In comparison, Kevin's chicken is the most succulent and juicy that you'll ever have! I had also tried other caterer's Tri-Tip and was not impressed, once again his Tri-Tip was absolutely delicious and stood out above everyone else! We had a small portion of our guests that needed Vegetarian and he had that available for those that requested it as well. The strawberry salad, garlic mashed potatoes, and grilled vegetables were all excellent accents to the main dish. The hydration station gave our guests plenty of options for beverages alongside our bar, and Kevin even brought a hot water dispenser so we could have Hot Cocoa available to our guests. Working with Kevin was very smooth. He was very helpful throughout the process and he and his staff's upbeat personality just added to the joy of the wedding day. We did couple photos during the cocktail hour so he made sure to set aside an hors d'oeuvre tray just for us. Our friends and family absolutely enjoyed dinner and have commented on it more than once since. I only wish we had another excuse to hire him in the near future. If you include Garibaldi in your wedding you'll have a fantastic meal to eat at the end of a long day, and you'll have very happy and full guests!

Food Trial was amazing, Day of was ok, the potatoes where cold and we were the first served, meat was chewy. When we did trial he gave us a deal and I understood it was because we invited 200 people, we went down to 160 and it went up alot only was like $300 less for a 40 people drop. He had to meet us a few days before the wedding to go over set up even though we did that already. Also said he saved our menu in his phone but was locked out..
