The Artists Behind the Name

First, we want to say congratulations and we are so excited that you have found us here! Second, we wanted to introduce ourselves a bit so you can get to know us better. We are Gabriel & Carissa; a husband and wife wildly passionate about one another, who travel the world and embrace every experience life gives us. We are storytellers and are privileged to call ourselves fine art wedding photographers. The opportunity to immortalize each couple’s unique language of love fuels our passion. We are inspired by the elegance in the everyday: simple, honest, and pure.

The Midwest is home to myself, Carissa ; the idyllic farm community I grew up in strongly impacts my work while serving as an inspiration and a daily reminder to breathe deeply and appreciate the simplicity and artistry of what surrounds us. A small village nestled in the rolling hills of Germany is home to my husband, Gabriel; growing up in a quaint European community has given him a unique perspective in his work and a passion for the celebration of love and preservation of history.
