Zahra and her team were excellent in planning our wedding events! They went above and beyond to ensure everything was in place and anything needed was there on time. I definitely recommend Zahra and the firm for any wedding planning or consultation services.

She didn't do many of the things that she was supposed to do for my wedding. Zahra is also super unprofessional. She was totally unable to manage and coordinate my event. She shows up with her boyfriend, who I never spoke to or worked with, and then claimed he was part of her Fusion team. She took photos with him during my event with my photographer. After we agreed that she should not continue working with me, she agreed to refund me a portion of my deposit which she hadn't earned, but then went missing and never returned any of the money, despite not having done any of the work.

This women, Zahra doesn't understand the concept of punctuality. Her setup ran late but not only that she forgot some stuff. Luckily, the banquet facility had some stuff and we're kind enough to let her use it. Zahra is very UNPROFESSIONAL and would never recommend her or her service.

I can not begin to explain the unprofessionalism Zahra and her Fusion team have shown at my wedding last weekend. Our wedding was an Indian wedding which was 4-days long with around 320 guests. It was held in downtown Atlanta with people traveling from around the world. In the beginning she was very organized and gave me confidence in her work. She gave me references to talk to which I did and felt that since she is Indian she would understand the concept of Indian weddings. She said she has a timeline and has a team that will be there all weekend with walkie-talkies and ensure effortless transitions. There was no team, just one person, there were no walkie-talkies, things started late, the list goes on...

I have a huge list of mistakes she made but I will start off by listing the top 5-

1. She typed the WRONG wedding address on the timeline and information sheet! Family who had travel thousands of miles either missed or came late to my wedding.
2. We had entrance props which I ordered online adding up to $200 which she lost on the day of reception.
3. She had an assistant named Mansi, who I told to keep my personal belongings in my honeymoon suite, the bag never made in to my honeymoon suite. Thank goodness the gift I bought my husband didn't get stolen because it was left in another room overnight since her team never transported it.
4. She cursed me and my sister out on my wedding day when I pinpointed her errors.
5. She sent me a threatening email day after wedding when I tried to approach her for feedback.

I decided instead of emailing her I would write feedback online so everyone can save themselves from the misery she put me through. Please take note of this and save yourselves the thousands of dollars she overcharges and please take your business anywhere. Initially she comes across as very helpful and ensures you she will take care of everything but the only thing she took was my money and sanity during the weekend.
