We loved our all inclusive honeymoon in Cancun Mexico.

We used Dennis to help us book our honeymoon, and we were so glad we did! Him and his wife are so sweet and attentive. They were so easy to be around and talk to about our honeymoon needs! There was an issue with the resorts payment system, and Dennis was there to fix it promptly and professionally. We will definitely be using him for all our future travel needs.

Dennis was wonderful. He organized everything frome dinner reservations, location of wedding, lodging, and our awesome cruise after wedding. I will definitely use him again for vacations in the future. He takes the stress out of planning.

What an experience, WOW. We used Dennis and his team at Fun in the Sun for a trip to the Bahamas just last week. It was my first cruise and they were able to not only answer all of my (many) questions, they were able to get me and my group the absolute best price PLUS some onboard perks like a room credit and a FREE cocktail hour.

Trust me when I say we'll be using Fun in the Sun for our next adventure.

Dennis with Fun in the sun vacations and adventures is amazing. I was a little concerned about using a travel agent because of fees and surge charges, but this was not the case with Dennis. There were absolutely no fees and he delivered services that were priceless. We planned a destination wedding about three hours from our home and initially booked our honeymoon through Dennis. Upon further discussion with Dennis, he asked where we were getting married and asked if we needed any additional help. Dennis helped find us a beach house and company to rent from, helped arrange a carriage ride after the wedding and picked out an awesome restaurant to host our after wedding dinner party. Dennis went way above the call of duty and will forever have our business and the business of our friends. Thanks for all you did Dennis!

I still can’t get over how my cabin mate and I struggled to push our luggage through those streets! I have ripped rotator cuffs in both shoulders! It also took us an hour! Not a good way to start a trip! I never toured Venice like I should have I was so disgusted! I look at Christina’s pics and I feel like I took a totally different trip after that! I could go on about the tours etc! This was the worst most hectic vacation I ever took and I won’t forget it and can’t stop thinking of all the hardships! He still hasn’t gotten back to me about a charge on my card that I know nothing about!!

If I could give Dennis negative stars I would! He did just the bare minimum (called and made the reservation) and overcharged us for our Greek cruise. He should have arranged for a Porter to take our luggage from the boat stop at the Rialto Bridge in Venice to our hotel! I told him I was concerned about the walk with all our luggage during the middle of the day (busiest time in Venice) and he said (like he does for everything), “oh no worries. You’re all good. It’s just a 5 min walk.”
Well it wasn’t just a five minute walk and from my research I knew that but trusted him anyway. It took us an hour to walk to our hotel! He should have gotten us a hotel literally right by the Rialto bridge drop off (I had friends stay at nicer hotels, right on the main canal near the bridge, for the same price we paid!) for the same price My friend has cerebral palsy (which Dennis was made aware of) and he did nothing to accommodate her!!! If I could sue him I would but I’m not a litigious person. He also should have arranged for a porter (a guy that takes luggage on a trolley to the inland hotels) to help us get our luggage through the crowded streets, up and down steps, and over bridges. But Dennis didn’t do his job and get this information which the hotel provided us AFTER we arrived! I did my entire itinerary aka his job! And we got less of everything for prices that my friends got and they had a place right on the main canal in actual walking distance to the hotel. But what makes the most upset is that he didn’t accommodate my friend who has a disability! This was just the first day of our trip. I haven’t mentioned how he screwed us over on the cruise. That’s a whole nother story. But essentially we got scammed!!!
In the picture you will see the directions from the Rialto bridge to Hotel Canaletto. Google maps say 5 min walk but it is not when you have luggage. If Dennis had done grid job and researched or even just asked the hotel then he would have known this. This guy is just horrible!
