Our cake was incredible in every way. It perfectly matched the photos I showed her of my vision of a two tier square cake with textured buttercream. The coconut chiffon and vanilla flavors were so delicious that my father-in-law, who claims to hate coconut, loved it. The serving sizes were generous and the frosting was to die for. Melissa was also a joy to work with, as well. From our consultation to the cake drop off, she was nothing but helpful and enthusiastic. She even checked with me to make sure I was happy with the cake set up when the flowers were bigger than we had expected, taking a picture to make sure I would be 100% happy with it. We really appreciated the cake and her service.

Melissa was such was a pleasure to work with. She always responded very quickly to all of my e-mails and was very flexible. I changed the entire design of my cake (simple 3-tier to a five-tier cake on a multi-level stand) about a month before the wedding and she was very supportive throughout the entire process.

Our wedding cake was fantastic! Melissa is a lovely girl and did an amazing job, she was very professional, very creative and gave us more than we had hoped for. Our order of cupcakes was also amazing, the chocolate flavour was to die for and the icing was incredible! Melissa also gave us a few extra cupcakes at no charge! Frosted Hawaii is good value for money as well :)

Working with Melissa for my wedding cake and cupcakes was an absolute joy! Not only were the cupcakes and cake delicious, but she listened to all my suggestions and executed/presented them at the wedding so perfectly--exactly what I envisioned. I live in LA and my wedding was in Hawaii. I communicated via email with Melissa and she made the whole process really easy and convenient. She was prompt and was very accommodating.

Melissa provided an AWESOME grooms cake for my wedding. The grooms cake was a surprise to my husband and she did a wonderful job of providing a cake that reflected his favorite food. She made a hamburger and potato wedges with a giant jack in the box head and also cupcakes that went along side the cake with miniature burgers on them. Melissa was always quick to respond to my emails. Hopefully I'll have a chance to order another cake from her again!

After researching many cake places in Hawaii (Honolulu/Waikiki), my husband and I had a lot of difficulties receiving e-mails/information back from them. It seemed that every places we would send an e-mail to, they would not reply. I was ready to call it quite until someone had referred me to Melissa. Withing a few days, she replied to our e-mail and accepted to do our wedding cake. We were excited.

Although it's always hard to trust companies that you can't see or visit before your big day ( we come from Canada), Melissa made us feel good about everything. My husband and I had a sunrise wedding fallowed by a breakfast reception (08:30am) and as promised, Melissa had our cake done and delivered in time.

She exceeded our expectations with the taste and decorations. We would certainly recommend her to any one.

She was flexible in meeting with us, and made sure that our cake fit in perfectly with our venue, our colors, and the theme we were going for. Melissa, of Frosted, is absolutely amazing! I was planning a destination wedding in Hawaii from San Diego and she is the first vendor I got in contact with. It is not an easy task planning a wedding thousands of miles away, but Melissa made the cake planning process a breeze. I am somewhat of a perfectionist, but after the first email, I was confident Melissa was the perfect choice for my wedding cake. She led me through the process professionally and very efficiently. She came up with the most beautiful design and suggested some flavors since I would not be able to taste them until the big day. We decided to use some fresh flowers and with a glitch at the florist, she was forced to imrpovise at the last minute. Upon arrival at our reception, everyone LOVED the cake. It was my favorite part of the entire wedding. Aside from the beauty of the cake, it was SOOO delicious. We had ordered a large cake in relation to the number of the guests at the wedding, but we barely had any left-overs because everyone had second helpings.

If you are considering Frosted for your wedding cake you will not be disappointed. Actually, don't just consider Frosted, hire them!
