Chelsea did the day of coordinating for our wedding in September of this year, although she really did so much more than just the day. She sent out timelines and verified the plan of action with all of our vendors prior to the wedding, and helped us to figure out how we wanted the day to flow. She came for the rehearsal and made sure that everyone knew what they were doing. On the day of the wedding, I had absolutely zero stress because she took care of everything. We had to move our ceremony site last minute due to extreme heat and lack of shade, and it still looked beautiful. She checked in with us occasionally to see if we needed more time for certain times of the night. Everything went so smoothly and it was all because of Chelsea. Not to mention that she's just a really kind person and got along great with all of the bridal party and they even said how much they loved her. I cant recommend Chelsea enough! If you're on the fence about needing a coordinator like I was, just do it because you will be able to truly enjoy your day without having to worry about any details.

I had the privilege working with Chelsea as a day of coordinator for my wedding in May. Chelsea’s knowledge, support, and calm presence on my wedding day was such a game changer. I was so thankful to have her there as she made our whole day run so smoothly. She thought of all the little details, helped me catch all of my mistakes, and made the week before my wedding the most seamless possible with her impeccable communication between me and all of my vendors. My only regret is that I didn’t hire her sooner and that I didn’t go above the day of coordination because of the impact she had once I did start working with her. If you are planning a wedding I couldn’t recommend Chelsea enough. She is worth her weight in gold and more.

After having to completely scrap our original wedding plans I KNEW we had to have Chelsea with us. As a wedding photographer myself, I have worked with Chelsea so many times, and she is incredible. Her demeanor, drive, and eye for detail combine to create the most relaxed & beautiful days. Chelsea helped us plan our entire wedding in ~2.5 months and helped us keep everything rolling the way we envisioned. I cannot recommend her enough!

Chelsea is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She truly goes over and above to make your special day absolutely PERFECT and STRESS-FREE. Her organization and knowledge was exactly what I needed in the last couple of months leading up to our wedding. My only regret is that I opted to only hire her as a day-of planner as opposed to having her for the full planning process! We had a few wild things happen on our wedding day that were out of our control, but Chelsea worked her magic to make sure the flow of the day continued to run smoothly. She is extremely friendly, relatable, and someone who I feel will continue to be our cheerleader as my husband and I hit important milestones in our future!

Chelsea was my SANITY!! She was so easy to work with on the days leading up to the wedding and such a rockstar the day! I was reluctant to hire a wedding planner, however, after one meeting with Chelsea, she had me sold. I didn't know anything about weddings and she spelled everything out for me. I can’t say enough good things about our wedding planner, Chelsea Boyd. She was actually given to me as a gift, from my Maid of Honor, for the six weeks leading up to our Big Day. Her professionalism, warmth, depth of expertise, and overall spirit of excellence, made her a big hit, not only with me, but with the Mother of the Bride, and all of our vendors as well. She has incredible people skills, and beautiful verbal and written communication skills as well. In fact, the director of our reception venue liked Chelsea so much that she's now on their list of preferred planners. My only regret is that I didn't work with Ms. Boyd the entire year leading up to our Wedding Day. She's phenomenal.

Chelsea was amazing! There is no telling what direction the day would have traveled without her there. Not only does she do everything and coordinate day-of tasks extremely well, but she is so warm and caring, and you can really see her 100% effort that she puts into your day. Chelsea was amazing! She made our wedding day perfect!! Everything came out great, exactly what we wanted. There were no issues and we couldn't have been happier. Her work ethic is amazing. She knows how to please the bride and groom and if you are looking for someone to take the pressure off and make your day perfect, Chelsea is your girl!! She never made me feel like I annoyed her with my back and forth emails... she is there to help and answer all your questions. I can't say it enough. Our wedding day had no issues and I believe Chelsea had a lot to do with that!!

Chelsea was absolutely amazing as a wedding planner. I could not have asked for someone who was more professional and organized. She was also a great resource for tips and ideas. I was so impressed with her work and she made me feel very calm and comfortable throughout the whole process, especially the hours before the wedding day.
