Everything was perfect
They provided the throne chairs and the plain backdrop. We added the extra colors, lights, and decor. They really worked with us. Great company to work with.

Great people and service
The folks at Fred Rental are so nice and extremely helpful. We were able to rent a huge variety of things for our wedding from them. All products were delivered on time and worked perfectly!

FSR supplied a 30x50 tent, folding white padded chairs and tables for our event. They were always easy to work with over the phone finalizing the order and setting up delivery. The team that set up the tent were very courteous and helped us determine how to get the look we were after with the wall panels. The installer did have an issue with tying the wall panels to the poles and instead had to roll the wall panels overhead but the solution in the end worked for us. I would definitely recommend getting this rental place to provide you a quote on your next event.

We had a outside tent wedding reception and rented a 40x80 frame tent as well as a dance floor. Company was in contact with us via email and phone and was very easy to work with. Very professional and offered their expertise in deciding the size of tent we needed and even sent us a pdf file of a diagram with tables/dancefloor/cake table/DJ placement. It was very helpful for us to visualize how everything would fit. They were on time with delivery and set up and the product was as advertised. Also, the best prices after shopping around. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

Tia at Fredericksburg Rentals was very helpful in selecting tablecloths, cutlery, dishes and glassware for our wedding event. All rental items arrived on time and in good condition and the pick-up that evening after the reception was on schedule as well.

Our wedding venue used Fredericksburg Rentals for the tent, tables and chairs that came with our wedding package. However, we could work with them on linen colors, extra rentals, and the layout of the tent/rental items on the grounds. Tia was very easy to work with and flexible when it came to picking out the different linens, tables, chairs, and tents we would need for our day. The pricing was reasonable and it was great to be able to go see the items in person. I would definitely use Fredericksburg Rentals again. One thing to make sure of is to confirm the pick up date of the rentals. I believe they told our venue but the information wasn’t passed on to us but nevertheless, we were still surprised when the rentals were picked up Sunday early afternoon (we had a brunch that morning) instead of Tuesday (Monday was a holiday) as it was discussed prior. We just had to rush to clean up and get everything packed since the truck arrived earlier than expected.

Professional. Great to work with while planning. Tent was beautiful.
Linens delivered were the wrong color & a few were torn. We went ahead and used them anyway & the torn ones were replaced in time for the event. Dance floor was not leveled & bride/groom dad's had to fix the morning of.
Despite concerns about trucks on the yard, 2 trucks got stuck in the backyard, 1 where my ceremony was supposed to go. It took about three hours to get the trucks out, the ceremony spot was tore up, and I was an 1.5 hour late to my bridal shower because I was trapped in the drive behind a tow truck. We were told to get some sod and they would pay for it, like we don't have enough to do the day before the wedding. They should have taken care of it.
The groom tried to get a tractor to tow them out (before tow trucks were called) & went to a house where a huge surprise was ruined (he would have NEVER been there otherwise), something the bride had worked on keeping secret for over 4 months & planned giving him the morning of the wedding.
When I asked if my chandelier could be lowered, I was told I was wrong. I wish I insisted on lowering it. The lighting wasn't an issue with the DJ's added light so I'm bummed that was not adjusted when requested.
We also asked that you don't come to the door and just stand there b/c the dogs go nuts. After coming to the door for about the 3rd time, the dogs broke into a terrible fight. Not completely their fault but F.S.R. just stood there and watched instead of walking away from the door or even getting help.
There were about 5 light bulbs out in the tent & when asked for them to be replaced before the event, we were brought 5 light bulbs and told we needed to do it ourselves. We don't have a ladder that high and I don't think the family need to do that the morning of the wedding.
Like I said, professional and easy to work with from the beginning but there were some things on the day of that just made our experience less than pleasant.

We rented chiavari ballroom chairs for our event. The price per chair was reasonable, but they were asking $800 to deliver and pick-up the chairs to our venue 10 miles up the road. We ended up having to rent a U-haul and do everything ourselves. Thankfully, our caterer, Caroline Street Cafe, graciously helped us with set-up and clean-up for no additional cost.
