Frank Manning was our "second photographer" at my sons wedding. Both Frank and our "main" photographer were to do formal and photojournalistic shots of the day. Wow is all I can say. Frank was incredibly helpful with even the smallest of details that we were struggling with that day and he set us all at ease with his calm demeanor. He was so "stealth" we barely knew he was there photographing us. We recently saw the proofs and the shots he took were just SO creative we just couldn't believe it. They were nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend Frank as a photographer for any special event you are having.
