We had the wedding of our dreams at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World! Our reception in the Queen Ballroom was flawless.
Maile, our Catering Sales Manager, made planning effortless with her kindness, expertise, and incredible attention to detail. The resort staff were incredible—warm, professional, and attentive, making our guests feel welcomed and cared for. Every detail was perfect. The food was outstanding, and the lush grounds and elegant interiors made the day feel truly magical. Our families and friends are still talking about the memories we made there.

The Four Seasons was the absolute perfect venue for our fairytale wedding. Maile and Laure made every step of this process easy and special from our first tour of the venue. The beautiful chandelier as you walk in the lobby, neutral ballroom colors, and beautifully manicured grounds were all things we loved about this venue when we first saw it. Another thing we loved is that the ceremony and reception space is on the opposite side of the rooms at the hotel so it was very private.

Across the planning process, Maile was always there to offer advice and work out all the details we wanted for our special day. The Four Seasons and their staff never told us “No” and made sure everything we wanted was fully executed on our big day. All off our guests still can’t stop talking about how amazing the food and cake was, especially how it was served hot (which seems to always be a problem at weddings, but not here!) Chef accommodated our menu requests when making changes to dishes and assured our whole reception and small bites at cocktail hour were all nut free due to a guest having a severe allergy.

The best part about having our wedding at the Four Seasons was being treated like family. The bellman, the front desk concierge and servers all addressed us as Mr. and Mrs. and congratulated us the whole time we were there for our stay. We received exceptional service, no matter where we went. As we embark on our new journey together, we look forward to many more memories at this property as the years go by.

We worked with Sascha from the start and it was an absolute pleasure! He made sure we were happy every step of the way and really made sure the day was perfect! I can’t say enough great things. The property is breathtakingly beautiful, the food is heavenly and the service is unparalleled! We fell in love with this venue and I am so grateful we celebrated our big day there.

Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would have fairytale wedding much less at the four seasons. My husband was sold on our very first visit to the property from the entrance alone. Staff has been nothing short of amazing from valet to out catering coordinator Jessica sibley. The service we received was outstanding. She answered our questions in a timely manner and worked with us for over 2 years as we had to change our original wedding date. The property has gorgeous views and landscaping that adds to the ombiance of the day and allows for the need of little added decor. The venue was perfect for our vision. They were accommodating to our specific needs and made sure we had our smallest desires. The food was spectacular, not one guest complained and everyone danced the entire night. There are so many spaces to choose from. I believe we utilized most of the property for our event which was away from hotel guests ans gave us privacy. Even the bathrooms were clean spacious and beautifully decorated, for some reason they were a hit with my guests as well. Our room was decorated with petals candles and even his and her pillows. Staff continued our celebration the following day at the pool with complimentary champagne and were so hospitable we did not want to leave!
If I could I would do it all over again. Being so close to Disney we were ablet to cap things off by viewing fireworks at the park. We will definitely be vacationing there soon. Thank you Four Seasons for helping me to live out the wedding of my dreams!

Great resort and perfect reception. Laure was the coordinator and was very attentive and quick to respond to emails and had great ideas to enhance reception. 5 star resort and the capability to have Disney characters!

We had our son's wedding there in January paid over 55K for the reception and the service was not as expected by a 5 star establishment, My water glass stayed empty most of the night, we paid to have wine served with dinner, never showed up. No one from the management staff for the Four Seasons ever approached me to ask how the service was. They take your money but don't have the customer service skills to warrant quality service. So Disappointed with the service. Would never pay this kind of money again for shabby unprofessional service. My other son is getting married next year and I will be using a different venue for sure.
