If you are looking to have a ceremony on the Beach, we have direct beach access where you just take a few steps from our private beach gates to the ceremony area. We also have the Ocean Terrace available for an outdoor ceremony area. It is perfect if you don’t want to have your wedding on the sand.
Our Hillsboro Ballroom is our event space accommodating up to 150 guests. The room is enclosed for intimacy and privacy, yet boasts a pre-function area with large windows with scenic views for your guests to enjoy. The Ballroom features neutral tones that allow your décor and theme to transform the room and personalize the event.

The Fort Lauderdale Marriott Pompano Beach Resort & Spa is one of my personal favorites to photograph weddings. The venue is located on one of the most scenic parts of the beach just south of the Hillsboro Lighthouse and easy to get to for not only myself but out of town guests. The Marriott Pompano Beach also has the most amazing outdoor reception area overlooking the beautiful atlantic ocean that makes for amazing images and ambience especially when the sun is setting to the west. I also have to point out that staffing at the Marriott Pompano Beach is top notch. I always find the staff goes above and beyond to meet anyones and everyones needs. Laura Damaschin the event planner at the Marriott Pompano Beach is also a huge factor in creating couples dream wedding days. She personally sees that every couples having a wedding there goes smoothly, as planned and as perfect as can be. I recommend any couple contacting me looking for a venue to choose the Marriott Pompano Beach Resort and spa, as the #1 Wedding/Reception venue in Northern Broward County.
What would you expect from a Marriott. Top notch. This is a fantastic location for your event. We enjoyed everything from the food to the service. We will be back for another event.
We have had the pleasure of visiting this unique and a best kept secret in Ft Lauderdale. Wonderful options with beachfront, outdoor patios and a beautiful modern and sleek ballroom. We look foward to be working at this great property!
