Planning our wedding was a bit chaotic with having to move our date. Sarah was extremely flexible, accommodating, and understanding! Not only was her service impeccable, she sent me numerous messages to check in on how I was feeling and doing leading up to the wedding. She was extremely sweet and professional, and worked so quickly! Her braids are absolutely amazing and gave me the boho feel I was going for. However she is extremely versatile and was able to provide more classic looks for some of my bridal party. Sarah was amazing with my two flower girls, making them feel comfortable and look so dang cute! I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for professional hair services!!

A few years ago, I was a bridesmaid in a wedding that Sarah did hair for. Based off of my experience from that wedding, I just knew I had to use her when I was planning the vendors for my wedding! Formal Rumors was without a doubt one of the easiest decisions I made during my wedding planning process. I found Sarah from a friend from high school sharing her "Best of The Knot" recognition, and I immediately reached out. From there, the communication was always so open and welcoming. I was married on May 2, 2020, right smack dab in the middle of the COVID-19 lock down in Ohio. Sarah still showed up on our big day to make sure I had the dreamy Rapunzel hair that I had been envisioning. I’ve been going to Sarah for all my hair needs for the past 4-5 years. She has helped me go from black to blonde to brown and each stage is amazing. When it came time for my wedding, I knew I could only trust one person to do it. I planned my wedding in 4 months and Sarah was very flexible in meeting with me for a trial run and fitting me in on my wedding day with such short notice. I received so many compliments on my hair! Sarah has been a good friend of mine and my husband's for quite some time, so there was no doubt in my mind when I got engaged that I would be booking her for my wedding. I was an indecisive bride, and she worked with me time and time again to make sure I was happy. I mean, who does that?! Someone that truly cares about her client's happiness. The day of, she was prompt and started her magic. My girls were indecisive too- a lot of "I don't care, do whatever you think looks good." And she did just that! Each of my girls looked amazing and their hair lasted well into the night (well over 12 hours). I have never felt as beautiful as I did on my wedding day and I have to thank Sarah for that.
