These guys will just knock your socks off!
We offered Lamb, Beef, Chilean Sea Bass, and Chicken entrees (and a great many guests with educated palates) and every meal was perfect. The salads were crisp and lightly dressed and delicious. Each entree was accompanied by a potato side called Pommes Anna which was so fantastic I had many of my guests asking if we could get the recipe for them.
When the guest are complimenting every aspect of a meal you know you have a home run.
And then there is Lisa. Wow!
She makes sure that nothing stresses her brides.
I had a relative bring an unexpected guest.......by the time I knew about it, everyone was happily enjoying there dinner. She was everywhere and next to you exactly when you need her........
Her staff was professional, courteous and just so nice. They are good at what they do and like doing it........and it shows.......
I did not have a single negative comment from anyone.......
If you want the best possible caterer for your wedding then "Food For Thought" in Tenalfy, NJ is where you want to go.......
