I'm having a difficult time properly/fairly rating this vendor. People liked the flowers fine, but the florist completely ignored what I wanted. Flowers were one of the things I was most excited about (it's something me and both of my grandmothers bond over), so when I saw what was put out instead of what I requested I was a mix of sad and angry. The other sticking point was that they put their stickers on the side of all of the vases, which I thought was a little tacky (maybe that's normal now?). To have paid the amount we did and not get what we asked for was truly hurtful.
