Rachelle was wonderful! Even though we were a small order, she answered all our questions and offered some tips for a few DIY items.

Rachelle literally worked her tail off to make my wedding everything that I wanted. I had a vision in my head that was not one particular picture. I had several ideas and photos I wanted to combine, she did trials for me and tweaked everything until it was what I wanted. She also helped coordinate every part of my wedding and ran around a huge property making sure things were in place. My wedding and the entire look would not have been possible without her. I'm thankful for her dedication and her willingness to be flexible.

Flowers by Rachelle was AMAZING to work with! They made our wedding a true dream. Everything I had envisioned it would be, it was. Rachelle was super responsive to requests and her team was SOOO helpful day of. When I walked into the reception I couldn't believe how amazing everything looked. It was like out of a storybook. Rachelle and her team did an amazing job on our flowers for our wedding in Lake Tahoe. From my first consultation with Rachelle, she was great at helping me choose flowers and complete my ideas for our wedding. She was very informative when it came to what would look good and why. It was easy for me to put trust in her to make beautiful arrangements. Rachelle was very friendly and accommodating when I had an unexpected last minute addition to our order. Rachelle is amazing! The flowers and bouquets turned out absolutely gorgeous. She worked with our budget and made sure things were perfect. She even came out on the day of the rehearsal, (as she didn't have to!), to make sure everything was okay as it was going to be rainy/windy the following day. She knows this business better than anyone else. Not often do wedding vendors display the professionalism as Rachelle does.

Rachelle did a fantastic job with my flowers. I was skeptical from the beginning about spending so much money on flowers. She listened to what I was looking for, made suggestions for both flower choices and types of arrangements that fit both our budget and taste. She didn't try to oversell me like some other florists did. She also listened to my taste and came up with flower suggestions. Some other florists wanted me to chose specific types of flowers on my own.

My wedding was actually back in 1998, but the date spinner wouldn`t go that far back. She was AWESOME!!!!!!! Worked with us on every aspect. When we needed small flowers to cover up some bolts, she brought some. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

AMAZING work! She did all of the bridal party's flowers, mothers corsages, father's boutonnieres and set up an aisle for me to walk down. She's very helpful if you need or want ideas but will also do exactly what you want if you already have everything planned out, will do her very best to get you any flowers you desire whether they are in season or not, wants to make your day perfect, will work with your cake person if need be to add real flowers to the cake, did the set up of everything flower oriented on the day of. She made it easy to keep it within budget by showing many different versions of each item to make things cheaper/simple or more expensive/elaborate then you could cut back on certain thing and splurge on others. I would definitely use this company again! Always good to support the "Little Guy"/Home town business' too ;-)

If I could provide more stars to Rachelle I would! Rachelle saved my wedding, quite literally. I had initially attempted to go with another florist located out of Redding who flaked on me when my parents recommended I make an appointment with Rachelle. I could not be happier my initial florist bailed on me!

Rachelle took my ideas and inspiration and ran with it. She understood my attempt to convey this vision I had for my wedding day. With Rachelle, there was no "That type flower really isn't in season" or "I've never really worked with succulents before". She would listen to my ideas and my wish list, prioritize what was important regardless of cost and where there could be wiggle room. She came up with several options on the quote sheet, allowing my husband and I to pick and chose where to really go all out with deluxe versions and where standard versions (at a lower price) would suffice. She even went so far as to dry freeze peonies for my bouquet for months, since as I was informed by my ex-florist, peonies weren't really in season in August.

The arrangements turned out amazing. Simply spectacular. Honestly I knew she was capable of making beautiful arrangements but she really out did herself! Everything was there that I asked for, she sourced the perfect containers for the reception tables, she included succulents and peonies and the exact roses I told her I enjoyed, she incorporated produce and berry vines and rice stalks like I wished for, and it all looked incredible. Guests were literally taking pictures of the arrangements on the tables and throughout the venue (in various heights and styles, just as I requested).

Rachelle is professional and prompt and will give you the most bang for your buck. She has an amazing attention for detail that will take your idea from inspiration to fruition. I would recommend Flowers by Rachelle in Chico to anyone who is looking for a florist, for a wedding, an event or any occasion.
