Carol was absolutely amazing! I met with her in Jan 2020 for my centerpiece trial. She was so helpful and created beautiful pieces. Our wedding was postponed due to COVID-19. Carol was kind enough to move our contract to the new date when I was a panicked mess. Skip forward to 2021- there was a rose shortage due to shipping issues. Carol called me immediately and gave me several options. I trusted her whole-heartedly. Our flowers ended up absolutely perfect- even better than we expected. She is so sweet and very easy to talk too as well. We would definitely recommend her.

From the initial contact Carol was pleasant, professional, and helpful with her expertise. She understood my vision from our first meeting. She was responsive as I had various changes to the order prior to finalization. On the day of our wedding (September 2018), she was timely and everything and I do mean everything was perfection! Carol was amazing! I went for my centerpiece and bouquet trial and she was so helpful in making everything just like I dreamed of it. The centerpieces were absolutely beautiful and I loved my bouquet. The arc also came out perfect! She is very easy to talk too as well. I would definitely recommend her.

I used Flowers by Carol for our wedding in March. We first met her at her office in Miami and were able to look at some flower trials and make some decisions on what we would like for our big day. This was a year before the big day, and can I tell you, being an indecisive bride, I changed my mind on the flowers over and over again over the course of the year based on new inspirations I came across. Carol was very responsive and open to the changes and was very organized during the whole process. I have to admit, since I was planning long distance and didn’t get a chance to see the final product I was very nervous about how the flowers would turn out; but when I walked into the ceremony and reception area and even saw the details of the bouquets, I was ecstatic! It was better than what I could have ever dreamed of. Our guests were blown away by how beautiful the flowers were and it’s still the top thing I remember from the night. I highly suggest using flowers by carol for your next event. Her pricing was reasonable and she does a fantastic job!!
