I started my working with an awesome floral designer. After everything was figured out and we had a price, I did not contact her until I wanted to make a change. I found out at that time she had quit due to family reasons. The new individual assured me they had all her notes and she would explain to them what every client wanted. I believe the person responsible for my wedding changed three times which I am sure is not common. On the day of my wedding, the flowers arrived, and the flowers meant for the front of the church were only about a foot tall when they were supposed to be big enough to stand on the floor on both sides of the bride and groom. We called Flowerama and explained the problem. They had exactly what we wanted the first time delivered within an hour of calling. I was very happy that they fixed the problem so quickly, and I did not have to use table center pieces as my main decoration. Even with the confusion of changing designers three times I would give them another chance. Every flower I have ever ordered from them has look great and stayed alive for a long time.
