Flower Fashions in Frederick is very professional. They are upfront about prices and can substitute more expensive flowers for less expensive flowers and vice versa all with the same look.

Beautiful flowers - one negative was my white rose bouquet had a tiny bit of brown on the edges (I bet I'm the only one that noticed though).
