Susana and the team at Floreria Zazil were an absolute pleasure to work with. She responds in a timely manner and with any little request or question that we had, she was able to accommodate us. I loved that she had payment plans available and their prices are great. She would send examples of the flowers available, customize arrangements to your needs and she is very organized! Now the flowers, THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL! The floral arrangements for the centerpieces, my bridesmaids, and my sweetheart's table, were gorgeous! The resort we got married at offered a complimentary bridal bouquet, but I wish I would have gotten my bridal bouquet from Floreria Zazil. Regardless, if you're a destination bride, hire them! You'll be less stressed knowing you can rely on this floral team. I would book Floreria Zazil again in a heartbeat.

I had placed an order with them to have my bouquets, boutonnières, and centerpieces and they all came out lovely! I sent pictures with what I envisioned and they brought them to life via emails! They delivered them to my hotel and communicated when needed. Thank you for all your help!!

Susana was absolutely amazing! We had our wedding in Cancun Mexico on October 19, 2019. The hotel florist was very expedience, we decided to branch out in search of a company more fitting for our budget and that’s when we found Susana. She responded immediately and gave a direct phone number for us to reach her. She listened to all our concerns, from what we wanted to what we didn’t, she had a lot of amazing suggestions and she kept to our budget. Her company went above and beyond for our special day, I would definitely use her company again. The flowers were breathtaking, every brides dream! I would 100% recommend Floreria Zazil. Susana made every aspect of the decor flawless. She was so responsive and professional and worked with me as I adapted the decor scheme to the venue and the party size. We got married at the Villa del Palmar and used Floreria Zazil for the rehearsal dinner (50 people) and the ceremony and reception (100 people). Susana coordinated hanging beautiful lanterns and papel picado and centerpieces and tablescapes, as well as the ceremony arch and aisle decor. Everything was exactly how I wanted it—Susana flawlessly customized every detail.

Floreria Zazil was the absolute best florist. I am from Chicago and I had my wedding at the NOW Sapphire Riviera Cancun. Making plans abroad isn't easy. I relied on Susana at Floreria Zazil to give me her honest opinion and she did. My flowers were a tropical dream come true. The pricing was absolutely fantastic. I was getting Orchids and Pink Hawaiians and all other sorts of tropical flowers for a wonderful price. My guests were amazed at how beautiful everything was. My recommendation to all destination wedding brides out there is PLEASE do not use the resort offered florist. They will take advantage of you money-wise. You can get double the flowers and better arrangements by using Floreria Zazil. If you tell Susana your budget she will work within that budget and give you the best arrangements.
