When searching for a wedding florist, we knew we wanted someone who was comfortable with vibrant colors and textures. Isabel's work immediately stood out to us as playful, yet elegant. And while her portfolio was what drew us to contact her in the first place, we decided to book her after meeting over our first call. She spoke about how she found her way into this industry later in life and about her deep love for her art. We left touched by her passion for this industry and impressed by her confident demeanor.
Once we began the planning process, Isabel made it easy to put together the vision for our entire design. She tailored the process to our (very basic) knowledge of flowers by asking for inspiration photos and letting us know what would be available during our wedding season. It was important to us that she set realistic expectations of seasonality since we were having a late February wedding and not many of our inspiration photos came from winter weddings. Aside from our coordinator, Isabel was the vendor that we corresponded with the most throughout our wedding planning process. Not only did she guide us through our floral design, she helped us visualize every decor decision including table decor, candles, and the venue layout itself. Because we didn't work with a separate wedding design team, her guidance here was invaluable. She was responsive (usually responded within a day), stayed conscious of our budget, and even referred us to the rental company that we ended up using for linens and miscellaneous decor items.
On the wedding day, we were blown away by our florals. We knew we'd booked an excellent florist, but nothing can prepare you for the moment you see your vision come to life. I don't think I'll ever see a more beautiful bouquet in my life than my bridal bouquet. Needless to say, Isabel and her team were incredible. Her team set up, cleaned up, and repurposed the floral arrangements quickly throughout the event and without a single interruption to our timeline or guest experience. It wasn't an easy task due to our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dining room being connected side by side, and the ceremony room eventually being flipped into the dance floor. Despite the demanding job at hand, Isabel and her team were personable and made sure to greet and talk to us before the day's events began. One change that was made that day was to the reception centerpieces at the king's table. Our original plan was to repurpose our chuppah's florals to create a garland for the centerpiece, but being conscious of time and making sure they could deliver the look and feel that we wanted, Isabel's team ended up creating separate centerpieces for our king's table. This is just one example of how Isabel prioritized our client experience. To provide extra arrangements on the day-of helped solve a problem before it ever became a problem, and it was beyond kind. This speaks volumes to Isabel and the level of service and care that her company provides. We're so grateful to have had the chance to work with her and anybody would be lucky to be able to book Florals by Isabelle for their wedding.

Before I had the chance to work with Isabel, I had always been an admirer of her pretty work. Her floral artistry shows heart and intentionality behind it, because that's exactly who Isabel is.
