My wife and I cannot recommend Flavor enough! Having used them for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception, they were able to deliver exceptional results in a number of different formats. At our rehearsal dinner, the plated dinners were delicious--the kale and butternut squash salad was particularly good,--and the appetizers were all crowd pleasers. Everything at the wedding reception was phenomenal as well. From a beautiful grazing table, to well-stocked stations, to killer late-night grilled cheese, Flavor lived up to their billing at every opportunity. We cannot thank Victoria and the great staff at Flavor for everything they did!

Flavor did a fantastic job catering our April 2024 wedding. We had an incredible time at the tasting and they answered all of our questions. We also had a lot of changes to our final count the week of our wedding. They were so understanding and made sure we had everything we needed. To top everything off, the food is amazing! All of our guests raved about how good everything was.

Flavor exceeded our expectations for catering on our special day. The communication with Bailey was awesome and clear from the beginning - we knew exactly what we would be paying for. The tasting was wonderful and they made us feel so special. On our wedding day we were flooded with comments from our guests saying how delicious the food was. Cocktail hour we had 3 types of passed apps (Nashville hot chicken bites, deconstructed beef Wellington bites & burrata and roasted tomato crostini) all were amazing. For dinner we went with a plated meal with the lemon artichoke chicken or the brown sugar balsamic flank steak as the protein options for our guests with the green beans w/ caramelized shallots and sour cream and chive mashed potatoes. Dessert we had tiramisu and key lime shooters which were also wonderful! Cannot recommend them enough

We are so glad we worked with Flavor for our welcome drink, passed appetizers, and plated meal. We wanted to offer our guests a pre-ceremony drink before the bar opened, and the blackberry sage lemonade (with and without some Tito’s vodka 😊) was a hit. I also wish I could eat their pork wonton taco app every day. Maryanna was so helpful when we were deciding on a menu and it was delicious. We’ve had multiple guests compliment the food and say they’ve never had such delicious food at a wedding before. I was too hungry to let the “phone eat first” but did get a photo of the welcome drink.

Hiring a caterer was BY FAR the most difficult decision in my wedding planning. Like many couples, food is deeply important to my husband and me; I wanted something that represented us, somehow. And of course, I wanted it to be delicious. So I budgeted what I thought was a high amount for catering, but even this seemed to be falling flat. I clicked through vendor after vendor with mouthwatering pictures, diverse menu options, and glowing reviews. How could I ever choose?!?!

Eventually, I did-- and I am so thrilled to say I made the BEST possible choice.

1. The food was delicious at our tasting and even better at the actual event. For our July wedding, we wanted something fresh and light, yet filling enough to support the drinking you do at a wedding, and also with a great vegetarian option, oh and unique and flavorful and definitely NOT bland. Maryanna and the team nailed it with a Mediterranean menu.

2. Let's talk more about Maryanna-- she is amazing!! We started with a phone call where she truly understood my desires and concerns, and she made a lot of great points I hadn't considered. Whereas some other caterers seemed to play the "here's a beautiful proposal but 20% over your max budget but doesn't it sound so good??" game, Maryanna actually worked magic to give me a proposal under my budget. The value was top-notch. So then it's time to book a tasting, but we were VERY close to my date already (oops) and their calendar was full. Again, Maryanna made it happen for us. At the tasting, she was super responsive to our requests and inquiries. I wanted a dish that they don't usually offer, but she worked with the chef and made it happen like it was nothing. Finally, leading up to the event, all of her communication was crystal clear, timely, and warm.


3. As for the day of, the food was delicious and the bar tenders were top-notch. What more could you want?


My only regret was not having plated salads before the buffet (Maryanna had brainstormed this option for us and the only additional cost would have been renting salad plates (and possibly forks, I don't remember), no additional catering fee-- so I would recommend going this route if you buffet!).

Oh my goodness- where do I even start?! Food is incredibly important to us, and we were very anxious to have really good food at our wedding. We went into the Flavor catering consult with one mission- fantastic food with a unique menu. Let me just say- Flavor knocked it out of the PARK! From a pho station to shrimp and grits (we did a split Asian + Southern menu which was DELICIOUS)- our guests were talking about the food for DAYS. Cannot tell you how grateful we are to have had them catering our wedding- plus our late night dish included Pie Town tacos + queso! Thank you, thank you, thank you to the entire Flavor team for helping make our wedding night unforgettable! Would definitely recommend Flavor to any friend getting married in Nashville!

There are plenty of catering companies in Nashville, but it is no mystery why Flavor Catering is the best in town.

We worked with Bailey throughout the planning process, and she was an absolute rockstar. We went through so many menu revisions going from a buffet to a stations model, adding/subtracting appetizers during the cocktail hour, and hiring more staff. She was kind, patient, and so thorough in answering our dozens of questions.

Flavor was incredible the day of our event. Our guests LOVED the food, and are still talking about how the food was so good. The presentation was beautiful, and the staff was so kind throughout the entire event.

I was hesitant at first to hire Flavor because they are on the pricier side of caterers in Nashville, but your money ensures you are getting the highest quality food and service in town. Hiring Flavor was the best investment we made during the planning process, and I would do it exactly the same way all over again.

Going with Flavor Catering was one of our best decisions for our wedding! We love tapas and variety and they delivered a customized food station menu that was beyond our expectations. The food was high quality and the presentation was incredible! On top of that, their service staff was professional and kind. We had such a smooth, fun process working with Maryanna throughout the planning stages and we absolutely would use them again for any of our future catering needs.
