Flavor exceeded our expectations for catering on our special day. The communication with Bailey was awesome and clear from the beginning - we knew exactly what we would be paying for. The tasting was wonderful and they made us feel so special. On our wedding day we were flooded with comments from our guests saying how delicious the food was. Cocktail hour we had 3 types of passed apps (Nashville hot chicken bites, deconstructed beef Wellington bites & burrata and roasted tomato crostini) all were amazing. For dinner we went with a plated meal with the lemon artichoke chicken or the brown sugar balsamic flank steak as the protein options for our guests with the green beans w/ caramelized shallots and sour cream and chive mashed potatoes. Dessert we had tiramisu and key lime shooters which were also wonderful! Cannot recommend them enough -

Guests are still raving!
We are so glad we worked with Flavor for our welcome drink, passed appetizers, and plated meal. We wanted to offer our guests a pre-ceremony drink before the bar opened, and the blackberry sage lemonade (with and without some Tito’s vodka 😊) was a hit. I also wish I could eat their pork wonton taco app every day. Maryanna was so helpful when we were deciding on a menu and it was delicious. We’ve had multiple guests compliment the food and say they’ve never had such delicious food at a wedding before. I was too hungry to let the “phone eat first” but did get a photo of the welcome drink. -

There are plenty of catering companies in Nashville, but it is no mystery why Flavor Catering is the best in town.
We worked with Bailey throughout the planning process, and she was an absolute rockstar. We went through so many menu revisions going from a buffet to a stations model, adding/subtracting appetizers during the cocktail hour, and hiring more staff. She was kind, patient, and so thorough in answering our dozens of questions.
Flavor was incredible the day of our event. Our guests LOVED the food, and are still talking about how the food was so good. The presentation was beautiful, and the staff was so kind throughout the entire event.
I was hesitant at first to hire Flavor because they are on the pricier side of caterers in Nashville, but your money ensures you are getting the highest quality food and service in town. Hiring Flavor was the best investment we made during the planning process, and I would do it exactly the same way all over again. -

Incredible Food, Service, and Presentation
Going with Flavor Catering was one of our best decisions for our wedding! We love tapas and variety and they delivered a customized food station menu that was beyond our expectations. The food was high quality and the presentation was incredible! On top of that, their service staff was professional and kind. We had such a smooth, fun process working with Maryanna throughout the planning stages and we absolutely would use them again for any of our future catering needs. -

Flavor Catering was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We are still getting comments about how delicious the food was! The menu options seem endless and Maryanna at Flavor was so wonderful with helping us narrow down our tasting menu. Then we were blown away by the tasting experience so it was a no-brainer to book this caterer. In addition to providing amazing food, Flavor was very willing to work with us on customizing everything to our liking, from the hor d'oeuvres to the amount of dressing on the plated salads. Their staff was incredibly professional and took very good care of our wedding guests. Highly recommend this company for any Nashville area event needing delicious food and excellent service! -

The venue is the perfect mix of sophisticated modern and clean elegance. Beautiful blank canvas of white and black with a stunning natural wooden barndoor. Food is gourmet deliciousness! Service is amazing!! A hidden gem!! -

Incredible Venue & Team
I'm a wedding planner in Nashville, and I've worked with the 618 Ewing/Flavor team for over five years - hands down, the best in the business from customer service to food. Their event space, 618 Ewing, is such a hidden gem. It's the perfect location for an intimate event like a rehearsal dinner, birthday party, baby shower or even a wedding! The space is really unique and industrial, the team is amazing to work with and the pricing is so competitive for the location of the venue - right downtown! It's on my list as a top contender for so many of my events! A must see! -

Flavor catered our wedding and the food is one of the things about our big day that EVERYONE is still talking about! The shrimp and grits appetizers, the roasted airline chicken, spring mix salad, and the white cheddar Mac n cheese were the favorites. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had two buffet lines, two bars and a drink station and it worked out perfect for our 250 guests. Seriously everywhere we go people tell us how great the food was so I am so happy that we chose Flavor!! -

We used Flavor for our daughter's wedding and have continued to receive compliments; the food was amazing! Froze left-overs and they were still outstanding 3-4 weeks after the event. Display was beautiful; everything was on time; flow of guests to the stations was easy with no back up lines. Staff helped with clean-up and served the cake without extra fees. Flavor provided bar services and did a wonderful job serving our champagne toast to our guests as they entered the venue. Would hire again and again! Courtney Sent on 10/17/2013Jason and his team at Flavor are hands down the best caterers in the business. My husband and I chose Flavor to cater our wedding. Jason and Jody worked with us to create a delicious menu that pleased both our taste and my dad's picky pallet and thrifty wallet, which is near impossible to do! Good food is hard to come by, but exceptional service is even more difficult to find. The minute we met with Flavor, we were confident that everything would go smoothly. Jason was so calm and so patient with our many questions, walking through every detail with us. Jesse and the rest of the team were incredible that night. They went above and beyond in every way possible; our guests and family never wanted for anything. Everyone came up to us and told us it was the best food and service they had ever had a wedding. Seriously, don't even look anywhere else... They are the best!
Thank you Jason, Jody, Jesse and everyone at Flavor for making our wedding everything we could have dreamed of and more!
