Our invitations were a splurge but we wanted a perfect mix of creative and elegant cards which is what we got. Love them as much as all my guests did.

Heather at Flamboyant Designs Couture does indeed have the potential to do beautiful work. However, Heather is neither professional or ethical in the way she chooses to conduct her business. She also does not honor her agreements.
We had paid for accessories to accompany our wedding invitations which we did not receive. Heather had agreed to issue us a refund in November 2011. To date -- April 2012 -- she has changed her email addresses, disconnected her phone and has not responded to the Better Business Bureau concerning this matter. In short, we have not received the refund that she agreed to issue us. She must be having issues with other customers to go to all that trouble not to issue a $375 refund.
Needless to say I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone I know.

My wedding invitations got screwed...
Go see a professional or just take ten years off your life.
I thought I had checked, double checked and rechecked all of the grainy proofs she sent me. I even had a great backup plan. I emailed my mom, sister and fiance to proofread it. We all THOUGHT everything was fine.
This is the actual email I sent to her with a last minute request. I even put the date in BOLD.
Hi,
I need to add the 4.25.09 under the names on the monogram
I will send the proof contract today.
Thanks
SHE PUT THE WRONG DATE, she put the 29th that's a WEDNESDAY
I trusted her to add this one little change. I assumed it would be correct.
Well ASS out of U and ME.
I had to work through the night cutting strips of paper to cover the wrong date.To top it off she not only put the wrong date, but she typed it in a basic Times Font in black ink.
So not only it has the wrong font and the wrong ink color, but the whole thing is not even centered in the middle of the paper. So they already looked totally DIY and I barley like them, and we have no time to turn back and get more.
Don't put your hopes and dreams in the hands of someone who is so careless that they can't even help a bride that is running out of time and completely overwhelmed.
I know that you might be telling yourself that this would never happen to you, that's what I told myself too..

DO NOT USE FLAMBOYANT DESIGNS COUTURE!!!! They are unethical, do not honor their promises and do not deliver what you have paid for!
I contracted Flamboyant Designs Couture via Heather, the owner/designer to do my daughter's wedding invitations and table accessories. As they wedding date drew near and it was time for the invitations to go out, the problems with this company started to seriously mount. They did not deliver on time, there were spelling errors and, just before the wedding, I did not receive the ceremony programs I had paid for. Instead they sent me something cheaper.
After the wedding I contacted Heather pointing out the cheaper product and asking for a refund. She promised that I would receive a refund for the difference -- that's when their games began. They started screening calls and emails -- not answering either. They changed their contact information on their website. It became worse and worse.
I then contacted the Better Business Bureau. Heather and crew ignored the BBB to resolve this issue!
These people are BAD NEWS! It is unfortunate because her designs are pretty but they are NOT worth the hassels and anxiety you will go through dealing with them.
In addition to their website, they are also trying to sell their invitations through Etsy. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Do yourself, and your special event, a favor -- PICK SOMEONE ELSE! Heather & Company should not be doing business with anyone. They know how to steal money from their clients and they do it!
Rating: HORRIBLE!!!!

*****BUYERS.......AND DESIGNERS.....BEWARE!!!!!*********
This company has BAD BUSINESS ETHICS!!! I would give them NO rating, but I had to pick something to leave a review. I was not a customer, but a designer that was designing for them. The contract agreement was 10% of sales from any of my designs that sold. They selected quite a few of my designs for selling, but nothing ever appeared on their website (which no longer existing). Instead, they had the same old designs now listed on Etsy.com (designed by themselves). I stopped doing design work for them because I never received any kind of payment AND because freelance designer DOES NOT mean "work for free!"
I was then contacted by Flamboyant Designs with an offer to purchase some of my designs that they had previously chosen. I agreed, even though the amount offered was below what the designs would normally sell for in the industry...BUT, I deserved to get some kind of payment for the work I did. I e-signed an agreement and waited....waited over 120 days....and no payment. During that time I was given different excuses. They even said one of the reasons I had not been paid yet was because I had JUST sent them the artwork and that the payment count down started the DAY I sent the artwork. If that was the case, they should have sent payment ASAP since they ALREADY had the artwork the previous year. How else would they know which designs to purchase in the first place, right?! I since have heard from other designers with the same story.
After many excuses...they stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. Since it would cost me more to take them to court to get payment (which I'm sure they already knew this), I simply have to call it a scam!
