We worked with Shelly for my daughters wedding invitations, place cards and thank-you notes. We started the process early which was great because we went back to the drawing board once or twice. Shelly listened to us, made changes when needed, offered valuable input and sent images for our approval through out the process. We worked thru excel sheets I could email her with invitee names, addresses meal choices and table numbers. And when I did not like fonts, Shelly searched and found ones I would like better. We received numerous phone calls from many invitees letting us know how perfect the invitations were, and how they set the tone for the wedding. I give her and the final product a 5 star rating... I was also happy to give a local business in Pittsford the work...

The French press was a unique elegant touch and we heard many complements from our guests. Shelly was great to work with, answered all our questions quickly. Working with Shelly at French Press was probably the best wedding experience throughout the wedding planning process. Invitations, save the dates, menu cards, programs, and place cards plus a few more things all take a lot of time to coordinate and organize. The work was fantastic and my concept was brought to life to set the tone of the wedding! I highly recommend this vendor if you have extra budget money for this, i know this is an area where people either DIY or cut corners but it is well worth the cost. Overall beautiful quality.

We used Shelly for our wedding invitations and save the dates. The work was good, but the customer service is appalling. Save the Dates were 2 weeks later and sent with envelope that was not agreed upon. She claimed it was to get them to me in a timely matter. Invitations were also 2 weeks later, then sent without enough envelopes. I paid for calligraphy, at least 5 were done incorrectly and came back in the mail. My mother's envelope never addressed. It took her over a month to send hers and when she did it was not the same as the others. When I told her this Shelly seemed to have an attitude that I would ask her to correct her mistake. As an apology she promised free thank you notes for all the trouble. Here we are 2 months later with no thank you notes. I've called numerous times, left messages and emails with no response. My husband called and left a message that he would like to purchase stationary. Guess who called back within 5 minutes. She promised we would have the thank you notes by this week, still nothing and no returned phone calls. We spent almost $1500 with her and as soon as she was paid the customer service went out the window. She is a terrible business woman and now In stick purchasing new cards and sending thank you notes out incredibly late. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! There are a ton of other graphic designers that will actually respond to their customers. I wish I could've used one of them instead of being swindled by lying Shelly.
