The staff was great to work with and everything was arranged as requested. My only feedback would be to put a mirror in the grooms room, and a rack in the bridal suite and grooms room to hang items on would be helpful.

You will need to learn to go with the flow if you use Firstenburg. They are a great value, which makes it so you can prioritize other things. This is also probably the nicest community center I have ever been to. They made the patio look great for the wedding, and were there to answer all of our questions whenever we visited. The downside--they can sometimes take a while to respond to emails, and when they do respond they don't answer all of your questions. But if you call, you will have a much easier time. The guy you stay in contact with is not an event planner, he seems like more of a facilities person. But, they didn't mess anything up and even followed through on my strange table set up requests. Just make sure you confirm everything leading up to the event.
