First Course Catering provided excellent service at our wedding. We ordered a BBQ menu and Denise was extremely helpful answering our questions and helping us to make decisions. The food was excellent, especially the grilled sirloin steaks. Our guests loved it. Great value for the money and you save on the NH food and meals tax as First Course is a non-profit culinary training organization.
