Not one complaint! Food was excellent and the service was excellent too! The lamb chops, salmon, chicken, everything!

Jeff and his team was amazing! Their service was great and the food was outstanding. Everyone complimented on how great everything was. Jeff worked with us to tailor a custom menu and also was great with putting together a dish for some guest with dietary restrictions. I highly recommend Fire4Hire and will be using them again for any catering needs we have!

Jeff and his crew were amazing! We had a backyard wedding in the mountains and no wedding coordinator. On the day of the wedding, my husband was getting ready at the house. As he was still getting ready, Jeff and his crew arrived and immediately started setting up and preparing the food. We didn't have to worry because we knew Jeff had it all handled! There were about 85 guest and we had Tri Tip and Citrus Chicken as the main entree. All of the food was delicious! Afterwards, people came up to me to tell me how good the food was. Fire 4 Hire is very affordable and easy to work with. Thank you for making our wedding stress free! I would definitely use them again!

These guys are so fantastic! I had a backyard wedding with no weeding coordinator so I was prepping the morning of. When Jeff and his crew showed up, they took over and told me to get ready. They did such an amazing job and the food was spot on. Plus they have a menu for every budget, and options within the budget. We had 115 guests, tri tip, chicken and 4 sides. Total charge included tax and tip. I wish I could have them every weekend!

Jef is very flexible in terms of what you want to serve (I wanted ALL appetizers for my reception - so many appetizers you could make a dinner of them)

People RAVED about he food, the sliders and the baby lamb chops were immediate hits decended upon every time they hit the party. They are still talked about 6 months later. We had agreed on about 15 different passed apps - Plus a taco bar server station - but he threw in a bunch of extras. His servers were well dressed and professional.

I though his pricing was AMAZING. (about $50/person) - but again we are talking all apps. I also requested "drunchies" (drunk munchies, served later in the night) he did that - and to my knowledge I was not charged extra. He also helped cut and serve the cake! Serioulsy best caterer in Gilroy. I am a food snob and have over 700 Yelp reviews - I don't give 5 stars lightly!!

He does NOT offer a tasting - which I was fine with since my cousin had already been to a few of his catered events (she is also a foodie) and recommended him.

Jeff is an incredible caterer with an amazing wait staff. Efficient, reasonably priced, worked their tails off all night and was so impressed with their determination to make things perfect. They even went above and beyond to make sure the table decor looked exactly as I wanted and helped keep it in place. The food was beyond great and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to cater! Pick Jeff, he's the nicest guy. I promise!
