I will be honest - this review is like 2 years too late (Sorry Zoe!) - but better late than never!
Zoe is 100% the nicest, best wedding planner. I can honestly say that we could not have had our wedding without her. She was like the glue that held everything together (including my sanity) and she was so supportive of all our needs. She was very professional, organized and friendly (which went a long way with our guests - they all loved her too!). Everything we asked for she was able to accommodate - and multiple times I felt like she went above and beyond what I had expected in a wedding planner. 10/10 would recommend and if I have another event in the bay area I need help with I would book her with no reservations.

Zoe curated the most incredible wedding day experience we could ever want. My husband and I got married in our yard with 75 guests. The space is not huge but somehow she made it happen seamlessly. Her attention to detail was accompanied with love. Many of our guests still rave about Zoe's presence and professionalism that day. We are so grateful to have found Zoe and would recommend her without hesitation for any type of event.

Zoe is the best of the best! My, now, husband and I found Zoe by chance and we feel so lucky. Zoe was our part-time wedding planner. She met with us multiple times before our wedding and was flexible during all the shifts we had to make because of covid. As the date got closer, she guided us to make wonderful design choices and helped create a beautiful event which is what we wanted. For example, Zoe tirelessly researched our event space and helped us choose darker tablecloths which added glamour to our event and she also added small details around the venue to make our event beautiful such as tea lights on the stairs. She also was so professional and easy to work with at our rehearsal dinner and actual wedding day compared to other vendors. Zoe definitely went above and beyond for us and our event. I planned my wedding in 2 months and Zoe was great! I hired her for month-of-coordinator and we met up a couple of times at the venue to go over what I envisioned for my wedding day. On the actual wedding day, she arrived promptly and was able to coordinate everything behind the scenes. I didn't talk much with her during the entire event because I was so busy but it was nice that I wasn't bothered by anything related to the flow of the wedding and I was able to leave the closing up to her. Very next morning, I was able to come pick up all the left over decorations she had collected and compiled for me. Thanks Zoe!

I spoke with a ton of wedding planners and am so happy we went with her. She is very organized and is on "your team." Zoe was able to find wonderful vendors and an amazing venue for us. She also figured out our entire wedding layout, dealt with our guests, basically everything. She will go above and beyond for you. We highly recommend her.
