Depending on the size of your group and your clients’ needs, we will cook on-site, or bring it hot to your event. To ensure the quality and safety of the food, the hot items are served from chafing dishes and the cold items are served from iced salad decks. We supply tables, table cloths, serving baskets and utensils to suit your party theme. Tents are available for our buffet lines to protect your food and guests from outdoor “surprises.” We take great pride in our ability to efficiently adapt to conditions at remote party sites.
